The car made weird noises. I also think there were electrical problems, since it said I needed to 1) check the engine; 2) change the oil; 3) the door was ajar; and 4) the hatchback was ajar. I doubt that all of those things were going on at once, but I feel like Enterprise should have taken care of those things before I got the car.

The front desk employees were great and very friendly. The unlimited miles were fantastic for our trip to North Carolina. The cost was also good, much cheaper than other places nearby. The interior was clean and pick up was a breeze. The only downside was the key fob did not work, so locking the car and popping the trunk was annoying. The lock button was in the center console and the only key hole was on the driver’s side door. Not a big deal, just a pain at times. Also, the car needed an oil change, which we knew because it alerted us every time we turned the car on. Other than those two minor annoyances, we had a great experience and I would definitely use Enterprise again!

Rented a car from here to drive to Wisconsin. Easy transaction picking up the car and returning with unlimited miles. Staff was friendly. Car was clean and exactly what I needed.

An easy in-​and-​out experience, although the major details were taken care of by the Progressive Service Center on the front end, when I picked up the vehicle. The rental was nice and when I was done I just dropped it off and went on my way.

I am a big fan of this branch. I’ve been to several Enterprises in the area, and this is my favorite branch. Jabett and her team here run a friendly, welcoming office; it’s clear that they really care about the customer experience. I’ve had them pick me up and drop me off without issues. I’ve rented compact vehicles to a large suburban, and they have been super accommodating with my various travel needs. Despite moving to Detroit, I am still going to try to rent from this branch when possible. Thanks, guys!

I’ve rented cars here several times, both for personal use and through my employer. Every person I’ve dealt with there has been super friendly and professional. I’ve always been happy with the cars they have on the lot, but I’ve seen them get cars from nearby lots for customers who wanted something specific. I initially went there because it’s so close to where I live, I’ve kept going there because they treat me well.

«Enterprise… we’ll pick you up… when we feel like it». Terrible first impression so far, made the reservation at 10am, they were supposed to pick me up at 12:30 they’re now over an hour late; and the place is ~2 miles away from me.

I have been in 3 times in the past month because I had a wreck and my car has been in the collision center for 5 weeks now.
The staff at this Enterprise location is extremely nice and polite. James, Naomi and Tia always have a smile on their face and are courteous and friendly. Really can’t say enough nice things about the employees they have.
It really is a pain to be without a car and have to spend on a rental and they just make it a little easier.
