Got my keys locked in my car across the street from Ferndale Collision. I took a chance & went in the garage & asked a mechanic if they could help. John grabbed his kit & walked right over & in 5mins I was back in my vehicle! All he would accept was a heartfelt ThankYou. his great attitude, nice smile and support made my day. I have finally found a car shop to call my own. I picked up my car today and it looks great! My experience from beginning to end was easy, pleasant and professional! The team there stayed in communication with me provided status updates on my repair. They worked with my insurance to get everything taken care of. I will use them for all of my car needs in the future and send my friends and family there too.

I picked this place to fix a dent in my rear bumper because of the Unilocal review. I was still skeptical because there was only one review but I figured one was better than none.
I was very pleased with my experience there. They set up my rental for me and worked everything out with my insurance company. The work looks good and it only took a few days. Even better was that when I picked up my car they had washed it inside and out!

My wife and I take our cars here exclusively. Really nice staff. Seeing as we have two older vehicles, we’re on a first name basis there now. Car repair is never cheap, but the folks here have always been very upfront and honest with us. The costs have always seemed fair.
