Ferndale Lube

I thought I was taking my vehicle to a place that was «taking care of me» well I brought it here and they showed me several things that were missed for awhile. They were fast and super friendly too. Definitely will be coming back here.

My husband and I have been bringing our vehicles here since 2002. The guys are super friendly, the wait is usually 10 — 20 minutes each time (I usually go after work on weekdays), and the prices have always been reasonable. Highly recommended…

I take all of my vehicles to these guys. They have always been nice to me and do a great job. They do tend to get busy on a Saturday afternoon, so either show up early or be patient. I think they go as fast as they can.

We pulled up and waited behind another car for 25 minutes until one of the guys finally came up and asked us to move to the back of another line because there was another car who had been waiting longer. That car was all the way in the back of the lot so I had no idea there was anyone else waiting. They even had three bays going. It’s not like they were under staffed. They should have come up and said something as soon as I parked there. I had my baby with me and had spent that 25 minutes trying to keep him calm while watching each employee move so slow it appeared as if they had complete apathy for life itself. I will never so much as look at that place again, let alone try to get my oil changed there. What a complete waste of decent real estate. I hope someone else buys it and turns it into a Jiffy Lube. Terrible.
