I wish I could give zero stars! Unprofessional, and rude. We scheduled an appointment. Showed up 15 minutes prior to our appointment time. While two «walk ins» came in and we were bumped. Our appointment was at 1 pm. At 1:15 I asked what was going on, receptionist said 10 more minutes. We told her to just cancel it, and we left. We have 6 kids and had to pay for a babysitter. And still didn’t get out taxes done. I will never use h and r block again and I will make sure no on I know does! On to Jackson and Hewitt we go!
