I first contacted this establishment last week on a Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Steve an employee there seemed trustworthy I was inquiring about a vehicle at their lot that I was interested in. He explained to me their process and that I should use their website to submit an pre approval application and so I did. I numerously times had to follow up with Steve. He said he would call at a certain times and did not. I had to follow up for the most part. Come to find out the vehicle he promised he would work with for me now is Stated as SOLD on their website. I have contacted Steve to even find out if we would qualify and yet it seemed like he was ignoring my calls and sending them to voicemail. If thats the type of quality customer care the least he could have done is have the courtesy to call and let me know I did not qualify and that the interest vehicle had been sold. Such a waste a time and therefore do not recommend people to do anything by phone. Had I lived closer to Bellingham I would personally go there. So Steve thanks for nothing.
