I love Shiloh at Michigan Rolfing. I have been seeing her for several years now for various aches and pains from lots of desk sitting. She always does a great job tuning me up. She’s pleasant, professional, and you can tell she really cares about helping her clients. If you have never been Rolfed before I highly suggest you check her out.

I have been twice, who knows, I may need to upgrade my rating from 4 to 5 stars after my series of 10 :) Shiloh is very professional. This is a bodywork technique where one keeps one’s clothing on. It reorganizes the connective tissues(the stuff that holds your muscles and organs in place). I know many fellow yoga practitioners that swear by it. After my first session I noticed a significant increase in my ability to sit still. I did not have to shift every few minutes.
