Prestissimo Window Cleaning Company

I contacted Prestissimo using their online tool on a Monday and received a phone call within the hour to confirm what I wanted done. We needed our gutters cleaned, and he was able to look up my house and quote me right over the phone. He let me know that they would be able to take care of it sometime that week. He said that once it was completed he would send me an invoice. To my surprise I received the invoice the next day and came home to clean gutters. The service was simple, prompt, and literally no hassle. So happy that I could shop local and be blown away by the service.

There are few times in life that you are blown away by the service a company provides, these guys aced it! Polite, efficient, fast, and hard working, my Gutters are spotless and the windows are gleaming. Thank you!!! Extremely reasonable as well.

As a first time home owner, I had no idea about gutters. I called couple of gutter cleaning companies and they all wanted to sell me something or over quoted me. But not Prestissimo, the technician was so honest, professional, reasonable in price, punctual, hard working and did a fantastic job. He even cleaned up the mess after himself! I will recommend them to my friends and family and will definitely be using them again. The next project for them is my window cleaning. can’t wait!

After speaking with Carl I have agreed to edit my review. My money has been refunded so I believe that, though the job was poor, the satisfaction guarantee has been upheld.

They arrived on time, but had forgotten some equipment so they left and arrived back about 30 minutes later. They got right to work. They started inside and them went out. They seemed to be working well, so I didn’t pay too much attention. Once they said they were about finished I went around and looked at each of the windows. I was very surprised and disappointed to find that there was still dirt caked in the tracks and that the screens were also still very dirty. I pointed these things out and was told that this was $ 100 job and maybe my expectations were too high. I said that I guessed they were as I expected my screens and window tracks to be clean. He then said that his coworker had done those windows and that it was hard to find good help. He said that he would go around and inspect all the work and clean up what wasn’t done right. I checked back a bit later and while there had been some improvement they were still very dirty. I gave up and paid for the work. I didn’t imagine I would get any better service by asking them to be dome a third time. I have lots of ‘after’ pictures that show exactly what this company considers ‘clean’ and ‘the best quality service.’

Repeat customer
On a whim I called Carl today to see if he could clear snow from the roof near gutters to help with ice dams.
He comes out later In the day and ends up taking it upon himself to clean 2 ft drifts off the roof.
Never said anything, just a man prideful of what he does.
Plus he shoveled the drive and walk where the snow fell on from cleaning the roof
