Lummi Island, WA
This place is jammed to the rafters with junk, which is both good and bad. You really have to take your time and dig to find the hidden gems, but I have found some amazing stuff there. The people who run the place seem willing to haggle a little, so you can get a fair price.
Note to Disabled: Easy parking, but entry requires a large step down, so not very wheelchair friendly. They might have an alternative entrance if you ask. Canes and walkers should be ok.
