M.P.‘s review was surprising as we have been going here since they first opened and have always been pleased with the selection, quality, cleanliness and friendliness of the family. It is always our go-​to stop on the way home from Birch Bay to fill our coolers and eat well for months. M.P. — if you don’t care for the ribs… don’t buy them! Pretty simple choice to make. The variety of meats is amazing — pork, buffalo, ground beef, steaks, beef jerky, salmon, and so much more. Of course, you are paying for quality meat and the prices aren’t any higher than a grocery store. The family is genuinely core-​of-​the-​earth farmers and nice as can be. We support local and will continue to do so. Looking forward to some BBQ steaks soon!

I went to Sundance last night to get some cow hearts for a friend’s art project. The man at the counter was very nice and helped us pick out the perfect heart for her needs. It was a clean, open, well-​stocked beef shop that offerred farm fresh beef at about two-​thirds of the price of the super-​market stuff. If you’re in the area, get on I-​5 and head to exit 266 in Ferndale for some great beef and beef products!
