Visited for a Saturday afternoon lunch. Food here was ok. Nothing bad about it, but nothing great either. It was fresh though and I’d say it was typical Fazoli’s. The reason for only 2 stars though is the terrible service. I always like dining in here because of the unlimited breadsticks. But when we got our order, there were only 1 breadstick a piece for them, and they didn’t ask us if we wanted any more. I had to go back up to the counter for them. When I did, they only gave us 4, for a 4 person family. In the past I’ve seen them bring a big tray of breadsticks out and go table to table offering up extras. That was not the case. I had to go a second time to get more breadsticks. The poor counter girl had to drop what she was doing to get them for me. This may seem like a dumb reason to some for a bad review but it was just about what I was expecting g and what I actually got. I’ll go back, but hopefully they are running things a little better.

Amazing food, great price. We had an amazing waiter named Jimmy, he was great! The unlimited breadstick were amazing, Although not the best for you ;). I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants great Italian food fast! I have never been there and have been disappointed! I would strongly recommend the blueberry Italian Ice drink!

Very disappointed with the quality of food. Ordered a salad to go and when I got it home it was brown and old. Not my favorite restaurant in Festus.
