The Walk-In Closet

Arnold’s Walk-​In Closet now has a second shop. It’s located in Festus and is simply called The Walk-​In Closet. You’ll find it on Veterans Blvd., just off of 55. It’s in a small strip mall next to Jimmy John’s. The storefront sign says «resale» in pink uppercase letters.
When I reviewed the Arnold location earlier this week, I was kind of kidding about visiting the Festus shop this weekend. Or, I thought I was. However, I suddenly found myself on a mission this Saturday – a mission to buy yet more clothing.
This store is a little smaller than the one in Arnold, but it’s the same concept. They buy and sell trendy clothing and accessories for young women. Everything is in good condition, and clothing is organized by type, size, and color.
I tried on two tops that were $ 8 each: a black tunic and a bright green Michael Kors shirt. The latter was nice, but it was a little too bright green for me. I ended up buying only the tunic.
This place is really, really out of the way for me, but I liked the Arnold shop – which is only really out of the way – so much that I just had to check it out. Should I find myself in Festus again, I’ll definitely return!

This location is not open on Sundays and has slightly different hours than the one in Arnold.
