I kind of want to move to Fife just to be closer to Johnny’s at Fife!!! We randomly picked this place, but it was exactly what we were in the mood for and have been thinking of it ever since. Our food was so good — I had the Denver omelet and my daughter had a cheeseburger with fries. We were both so happy! Service was super friendly. Cant wait to eat here again! PS — they make their own biscuits and they are delish!

As soon as I took the first bite of food off of my plate I knew it wasn’t going to be good. The first bite of hash Browns had that old freezer taste to them, and the Mexican omelette didn’t fare much better. The«seasoned» beef was really dry and really under seasoned, and the eggs tasted weird.

Checked it out on Unilocal.Pictures look really nice. Stopped in to get dinner but all I could see I a dirty floor. Oh well might’ve been busy. But I did see three waitresses over in the corner talking. Ordered crab sandwich, the bread was so soggy it was like mush, the crab smelled. Took a bite it tasted as bad, the waitress ask us how we liked it and we told her it did not taste very good. So she took it away and charges $ 16.99 for that taste. Would not recommend to anyone. I don’t think I’ll come back

Ate at Johnny’s on the way to camping on the coast. Was looking for casual comfort food and Johnny’s delivered. 8 out of 10, would eat there again, were I to be in Fife again. Pros: Easy access to freeway. Although just one more sign once you get off the freeway would have been awesome. Spacious parking spaces. Important when you’re rolling in the truck. The Lounge. Just having a lounge – points. Comfortable chairs, prompt service, beaucoup lottery ticket options – more points. Also, the booths – they’re open, and flow one into the next, so if you had a large crew, you could take over two or three and have it be one party. And they look cool. French dip. Perfect bread. You know when a French dip has too hard a crust and it hurts the roof of your mouth? Don’t you hate that? Not at Johnny’s. Nor was the bread a feeble and empty«bun» barely suitable for a ballpark hot dog. A French roll for a French dip. Vive la Johnny’s! Pro tip: request horseradish. Unless you think that’s morally wrong or something. Then don’t. Johnny’s Great Caeser™ Salad with Jamaica Mistake™ chicken. Double branded, which lent a TGIFriday’s vibe to the menu, so what’s that about, but was crisp and loaded with dressing. Still, if I had it to do all over again, I would go without the Jamaican flavor on the chicken, but totally a judgment call. The chicken was warm off the grill, a nice touch. Cons: Fife. Other: Gift shop. May be annoying if you have children who can’t go through a gift shop without a present. But convenient if you are running low on useless crap.

This place is a joke. I will never eat here again. I was there with my family of 5 and no one but my 8 year old was happy. I got the seafood platter thing and they were out of salmon. The oysters seemed old and dirty and the fish had to much batter on it. My Aunt’s steak was sour and the manager appeared shocked when she mentioned it. The food also took ages to come out. I could go on and on but this restaurant is lesser quality than Denny’s.

Just wasted $ 100 on instant potatoes, over cooked steak and horrible service. Waited for almost 39 min to be acknowledged by the waitress just to have her pulled away mid order to help someone else with a trap when there was an empty handed busser nearby who could have easily helped. My glass of water was wet so that’s a plus. Would have given zero stars if that was an option.

amazing food, the eggs rock, the pancakes rock, the chicken fried steak is the best i have ever had, the french dips are to die for, the specials are great, the wings are good. It is like denny’s only 100x better. The waiters and waitresses are all really nice. prices are not bad at all i go at least once a month.

Just went into Johnny for the first an last time. ! Went I with a party of 13 an they were so rude from the second we went in. They didn’t want to serve us an acted like we were just a burden even being there. It’s was unbelievable how they acted.

The only reason I didn’t give this place 5 stars was because of their coffee. It was terrible !! I can usually get coffee to taste to my liking but this I could not. Even at 5 creamers the coffee was dark brown. Yuck. I don’t know if the coffee machines need scrubbing or what but terrible terrible. But other than that it was perfect. We went in and got seated right way. Our waiter was very pleasant and took our order right away. I ordered my eggs over medium as I don’t like a runny yolk. The eggs were done to perfection and the ham was also delicious, hash browns were super yummy… Everything good except the coffee. Menu looks good with a lot of choices. This restaurant sits on I 5 and also a Motel 6 next door… Will definitely be coming back.

This was my first time eating here. I have lived in the area for quite sometime but never tried this restaurant until the other day. The first thing that I noticed right off the bat is how nice everyone is there. They were very friendly and attentive. I didn’t even have to ask for a refill. Once I ordered my food it took about 15 minutes. I ordered the Country fried steak and eggs. It was pretty good. The eggs were perfect. The hash brpwns were pretty good to. They also hand make their biscuits from scratch which were pretty tasty. The only thing that wasn’t quite up to par with everything else was the gravy on the steak. It was just okay. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the near future.

My wife and I stopped in here for a quick breakfast before looking at purchasing a new car. Free parking can be found in the parking lot. The parking lot was full of commercial work trucks so parking was a bit scarce this morning. It so happened that the lounge was in use by a large work crew so we had to sit in the family dining area. Discover is an accepted form of payment. There’s a small gift shop at the entrance with a variety of Seahawks paraphernalia as well as a large selection of Johnny’s cooking seasonings and sauces. The décor is old school diner style. This diner is essentially a truck stop. Our waitress was nice enough although she snickered at me when I stated that my wife and I would be sharing both our Bloody Mary as well as our breakfast. We shared a Bloody Mary for $ 5.50. Our Bloody Mary was only garnished with green olives which neither of us care for. It would have been nice to also have the Mary garnished with a celery stalk. For our breakfast we shared the Western Omelet for $ 10.49: ham, green peppers, onions, and cheddar cheese. Our meal also came with hash-browns and a fresh biscuit. Overall, we left sated and ready to negotiate car prices. Thank you Johnny for providing a quick no-fuss dining experience for those of us travelling long-haul and for those of us looking for a quick bite to pass time.

As soon as we walked through the door there was a line out the door of people waiting to cash out and we could not be seated until they were all cashed out. Management needs to staff more people, it’s not fair for the customers or the waitress. Getting water and ordering took awhile. When I asked to sub out green peppers with tomatoes on my omelet I was told no unless I wanted to pay for it. They don’t subsitute one vegetable for another? That’s a pretty simple swap. My I’m let came out and it was a pile of scrambled grease. There are definitely better places out there with nice accommodating management who staffs accordingly with experienced cooks who know how to cook an omlete. Very disappointing and the blonde waitress was not very nice. Will not be back.

Nothing flashy about this place. It’s definitely a step up from the big chain diners like Denny’s and Shari’s though. The entrance divides the restaurant from the bar and serves as some sort of small souvenir/gift shop sort of thing but it just looks overly cluttered and unnecessary. On this visit, I only sat in the restaurant so the bar area is completely exempt from this review as I haven’t yet experienced the bar area. As I always do when I try a new breakfast spot, I ordered the Chicken fried steak and eggs. A little smaller portion than I’m used to but that’s not a bad thing because after all was consumed, I was full but not stuffed. The price was right and for the most part, the service was good too. I might have to add Johnny’s to my list of breakfast joints to go to on the regular. It has an air of a truck stop restaurant to it and my main complaint is that they have a TV and I was alone but they chose to seat me in a booth behind their waitress station where just out of the view of the TV but in full view of any waitress that is using the station at the time so I got to make awkward eye contact with them for the time I was there. Overall, the place was friendly and the food was good so I’d say that if you’re in the area and looking for a meal, give Johnny’s a try before you default to anyplace else. Thanks for reading.

I heard about Johnny’s for a while but I usually have so many other places I want to go try that it kind of got swept under the rug. That was until a coworker recommended this place. Johnny’s is diner fare but a few notches above many other places like it. I had their fish tacos here which were suprisingly good and reasonably priced! They also have a full bar and a decent selection of beers on tap. So overall this diner experience was several notches above the standard fare.

I’ve stopped in at least three times on my northbound drives up Interstate 5. My wife and I have enjoyed our lunches and dinners here. The chicken, prime rib, cheeseburgers, omelettes, sandwiches, salads and other choices we’ve enjoyed were well-prepared. We’ve been greeted and promptly served. The atmosphere is pleasant, and I’d recommend it. The restaurant is very close to a prominently marked Chevron gas station — the Chevron sign is easily visible from the highway — so we can pause for dinner and press on, refreshed and refueled in the same stop. This well-established family restaurant has been here for years, and is popular with locals. I consider it a welcomed break.

A 50 year old original American diner. If you’re on your way back to the airport it beats any of the chains that dot the motorway back to SEATAC airport. It’s definitely kid friendly and wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered. One of my dinner companions had the best fish and chips. Huge white flaky fish with light batter. Good selection of bottled beer. The French dip and burgers are good.

The breakfast is actually very good here. The portion sizes are really decent even for kids meals! Which is surprising considering you never know with little restaurants right off the free way. My husband really enjoyed his BYO Omelet. My Chicken fried steak and eggs was pretty good as well! We most likely will return here for breakfast because of the convenience.

If you come here, I would HIGHLY recommend the French Onion Soup– two words describe it– VERYYUMMY! The fries that came with the burger were perfect, the burger was good(I had the Dome Burger) I thought the service was pretty good and prompt, The one knock I would have on here is they just have Coke products, so went with OJ instead. Overall, If your in Fife– this is a good place to eat!
