KFC

Terrible! Had to wait 15 min for drive thru, dude came out and. Asked what we ordered. Them 2 people behind us were served before us. Had to go in the restaurant to get our food then there was water spilled all over the floor. Nasty nasty please don’t go

Waited 20 min. For my order. When I finally got it, the strips were cold and the biscuits were hard. I asked for my money back and still waited 5 minutes for that! Never again…

Funny how they only have 1.5 stars cause they suck at customer service. Like can i get have a good day? Then they wanr to charge me for sauces because i asked for 2 instead of just one. Like seriously?? I will be going to the one in twin lakes from now on.

Horrendous!!! Drive through customer service sucked, a company vehicle for the company cut in the line and blocked the drive threw for 20 minutes just shooting the breeze with manager because some files where not in a plastic bag. Than when he finally moved and we pulled forward we waited another 10 minutes and no one came to the window. The store was not even busy at all. There was one car ahead of us and they parked that car. We left went next door got their food from drive threw and that car ahead of us was still parked. This was a store who did not care for their customers what so ever.

at 12:44pm Drive thru, decided to try the lunch at KFC, worst idea ever, after waiting for long minute, I found hair cooked into my food not just small piece either & my fries were mixed cold fries & warm fries, lucky the fries was in separate bag. I called the 253−922−6262 has been busy from 1:00pm been trying to get ahold of the store since the line is busy. its now 2:15pm still no answer. I am not able to get a hold of no one to inform them of this.

I have never seen restrooms that were this dirty in public. If this was a car repair shop I would think it was bad but maybe there would be a reason but, the corners oof the floor had piles of dirt the grout was black around the sink and fixtures. No paper towels and only cold water in the sink. How can the staff be clean if the sinks are this dirty

I’ve been here twice and have had the same guy take my order and give me my food and his customer service is awesome, however, if you order sauce, check your bag. They forgot my ranch both times I ordered.

WORST PLACE EVER! They totally ruined KFC for me. Got food here 3 times and everytime they messed up the order or ran out of stuff!!! Also they take forever to get your food. Bottom line dont eat here I dont know how this place is still open!!!

This place is the worst. I ordered mashed potatoes and they charge $ 7.00.they said it was $ 2.00 for the water cup. I asked for a senior discount and the girl said no such discount. I asked for a refund and mysteriously the manager came from the back and said they do have s senior discount after all. I asked for sugar or sweetener and they said they didn’t offer as they don’t serve coffee. Steer clear!

Like others have said. This place needs to be shut down. The employees were so rude to each other in front of customers. While I waited 15 minutes for 3 chicken strips and fries. At least 3 times people went back to the counter because orders were wrong. Once I got my fries they were sold old, cold, and stale they couldn’t be eaten.

This is a combo KFC (Seems thats the rout they are going now) as it has both a KFC and a A&W here, the KFC part has been here forever, the combo probably about 15 years I do believe
The drive through is weird, but works, you just have to watch for anyone zipping through the opening that their neighbor Wendys has lol. The food at either KFC or A&W is pretty much what you expect at either one of these places, although the A&W root beer taste a lot better from the tap thing.

We went through the drive thru and ordered 3 chicken littles minus pickle with extra mayo for my daughter and I. It was a very simple order and they asked us to pull forward it would be a 3 min wait. After 15 minutes our food Came out cold with pickles and very little mayo. After speaking with the manager she said sorry I will talk to them and that was it. Very poor service here for a drive thru.

Worst place to go in fife.
You can always hear the employees yelling at each other the orders.
They seem so unorganized and always seem understaffed. Fife is a huge industrial area so all fast food places are busy they should staff better and have food prepared. Always off of things, Grilled chicken is always running low I take lunch at 11am and they are always out of White meat in grilled chicken. Tables are always a mess. Usually takes 10 plus minutes to get 2 pieces if chicken and an individual cole slaw.

This is the worse place to ever dine in. The place was filthy. The employees extremely rude. After the rude service we asked for a refund. The general manager screamed at us and told us to get the f$&@ out. We didn’t eat the food, received our refund and left. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even a dog starving.

Disgusting This place is filthy the customer service was horrible wow they need to be shut down !

We came here for lunch and ordered, it seemed ok at first when we ordered. Then the girl mixes up or order with another order, no big deal, we figure it out. So we get our food and when I went to fill my drink I noticed the bar needed to be restocked terribly seeing as I couldn’t find the lids. We sat down and ate and I listened to the girl taking an order from an elderly Asian man where she was repeatedly yelling as if that would help him ubdrrstand her better. Before we left my boyfriend wanted to use the restroom and there was a TURD in the bathroom hallway! It was obvious that it had also been walked through. So we get up to throw out garbage away but what do ya know, all the garbages are overflowing with trash and trays are stacked. Never going there again, we left wishing we hadn’t just eaten in such an unsanitary place…

I went and used their drive thru, used my credit card. When I opened the food, it was a greasy mess of lettuce, hamburger, and cheese thrown in a wrapper. An hour later, I realized the drive thru worker hadn’t given me my credit card back. Had to back track 30 miles to get it… and the place is filthy!

This is my 3^rd time of stopping in here and I think it shall be my last. Why? All three times they have been out of cup lids… out of napkins… out of ketchup… messed up my order… took way to long for the food (when i finally got my food, the onions lettuce and tomato were still frozen) and just a very dirty and grimy feeling place :-(

The staff at this KFC are always friendly and considerate — expecially Dotty! My only complaint is that they frequently run out of food. Expecially grilled chicken.

As a KFC/A&W not only were they OUT of the signature root beer at 1pm, and didn’t tell us they were out we had to find out on our own, then was told it would be another hour before more was available. Completely got our order wrong, the register person argued with me on what was ordered until I proved it with my receipt. The bathrooms were disgusting, floors throughout the front were dirty. The people behind the counter kept going out doing something in cars out in the parking lot. No manager in sight. The ketchup and napkins dispensers completely empty out front. If I were the owner of this establishment and walked in on this going on I would have locked the front door and released all from their duties. Complete failure! Zero stars!
