I really love the service but I would like to know if the manager makes his employees brush they’re hair and wear proper shoes?!

Great service and wonderful staff!!! **********To all of the unhappy reviewers: 1. This is the only Starbucks in town, so of course you will have to gain some patience and wait in line like everyone else! 2. If you want some coffee fast– learn how use the app and you won’t have to wait too long. 3. Lastly, keep calm and enjoy a cup of coffee at the Fillmore Starbucks!

Good location. Never crowded. I like the area for sitting and relaxing. Nice to sit and take a breather. Enjoy my coffee

I’m a daily customer of Starbucks and frequent different locations. I must say, out of all the location I’ve visited this by far is the SLOWEST. I try not to stop here due to my past experiences but sometimes the coffee is needed. The team at this location needs to step it up. Management needs to do something about their customer service and timing. This location does not deserve to call themselves Starbucks. Order at your own risk. Happy holidays!

There was a huge ad on their seasonal display for teavana tea –specifically a gingerbread tea latte. I ordered it– they gave me coffee. I returned to have the manager tell me it has coffee in it. Wtf? Traded in for a chai tea latte, no coffee please.

I seriously waited in the drive thru 20 minutes with 2 cars in front of me and when I got to the window I saw my drinks just sitting there and still I waited forever to get my drinks this Starbucks seriously sucks.

Moving from Moorpark, CA to Fillmore, CA I was hopeful the service and quality would be comparable. After 2 months I can say it is not. I have read many of the negative reviews and can honestly attest they are accurate. The warm friendly vibe typically associated with the brand seems to be missing in this small town. My drinks have been prepared incorrectly more times than not. It’s as if you have to carefully and meticulously spell out exactly what you want and then repeat it several times. One of the employees had no idea what a black eye drink was so now I just say two add shots. This is a management issue.

Shout out to Starbucks drive thru for the cold brew recommendation and sample. It’s a hell of a lot easier to order a cold brew with soy than what I usually get. Thanks!

THE Worst new drive-thru setup ever. They moved their ordering menu forward, toward the front of the store, so not only are you yelling your order into peoples ears that are sitting out front, trying to enjoy their beverages & tasty treats, but the next car, behind you, blocks anyone from trying to move through the parking lot. Very stressful to line up here. Hope they move it back or fix the issue soon.

Being a Starbucks frequenter this is most certainly not on par with the chain’s best interests. I stopped here on my way up the coast coming from northern LA county to grab a quick pick-me-up for the long drive ahead around 4 in the afternoon on a Monday. During this trip I used the drive thru to order my Venti Iced Carmel Latte. The drink came out«so-so» it had a taste that was somewhat off to me; however, in a hurry and wanting to get on the road I decided not to turn around and walk in. I trekked along. The worst part about this location is the time waiting for your drink. I swear I was waiting at the drive thru window for well over five minutes without even a glimpse or a hello before I was acknowledged. If you can wait to get to either Santa Clarita or Ventura(depending where you are traveling to) I would highly recommend the wait.

Horrible service. Extremely long wait times in the drive thru. Waited for 32 mins only to have the order come out wrong. They need help.

This is my first stop to Santa Barbara. The bathrooms are clean and the staff is pleasant. It’s a little smaller than your average Starbucks but it didn’t have a lot of traffic going in and out period. On the side is a huge lawn where most people walk their dogs because this looks like a popular spot for all. All in all no complaints.

Worst starbucks experience in a long time. Bathrooms are filthy and haven’t been cleaned well in a long time: dirty stains dripping down the wall below the paper towel dispenser, floor under the toilet has dirty stains(when they show up on dark tile, you know it’s bad). The worst part? The faucet has so much hard water calcified on the nozzle, it is hard and sharp; it actually gave me a little cut on my hand! We took the wrong drink, because we thought we heard them call it and a grande chai latte looks a lot like a grande latte. The barista re-made the drink for us, but was not pleasant about it and made us feel even more embarrassed than we already did. We stop at this starbucks several times a year on our way to the coast. I hope they will remedy these problems so we can continue to come here for our pit-stop.

I am a quality professional so I know what I am talking about :) I write reviews to encourage or discourage people from the business, and I write reviews that the business might read and take heed. This is the later. This morning I was given a grande pikes place in the drive thru. Well, the hole for sipping was aligned(rotated) with the seam on the cup. In this unfortunate condition, the cup dribbles on you. Of course, the coffee that you are able to drink wakes you up and you notice embarrassing wet spots. Upon drying, these become brown spots. From my non– scientific observations of people with brown spots, I can only assume this problem is common. In fact, it is reasonable to assume that some people clean this up, change their clothes, or that it is unnoticeable only because their clothing is dark. I therefore believe we are only seeing the tip of the iceberg. My peeve is not with this particular store. Rather, it seems to be a general Starbucks oversight to not control this process. I implore Starbucks to improve their process control in this regard. Ps the original Starbucks logo lady was better

Standard Starbucks. That’s expected. But is everyone hungover or something? The people here lack personality. I’m on a road trip. Don’t bring me down, Fillmore.

It looks like there are some mix reviews for this place. My experience with this Starbucks has been great every time I have been here. I usually go during off peak hours and the staff always make my drinks correctly. When I use the drive thru I never wait for more than 2 mins for my coffee. Even at 5 am. the staff are polite and cheerful. A coffee and a smile are the two things I need to start off a perfect day. Keep up the good work.

The drive thru was so backed up I swear everyone in the entire world was here. I was tired and had been on the road all day so a nice yummy Starbucks sounded perfect. I was expecting the happy employees like my local Starbucks. I guess these guys were too tired and felt burnt out after the busy Christmas season because they didn’t have very much excitement or bubbly personality. My coffee was great and I was very happy to have that yummy liquid goodness. I just wish it didn’t take over 30 minutes in the drive thru to get it. I think this might be the only Starbucks in the area so that might be a reason for the long lines and the huge amount of people. Next time I’m going to skip this one and search for another Starbucks maybe down the street or in the next town. They were also out of all the treats I wanted.

On my way back home from spending my day in Santa Barbara and a stop in Santa Paula I needed something warm and wanted a white chocolate mocha and a piece of loaf bread. Used the drive-thru and Starbucks never disappoints. Window employee was nice and handed our order quick. The white chocolate mocha was just right and after a few miles I started on my pumpkin loaf piece and it tasted fresh even at 10pm. By the way, this store closes at 11:30pm…
