They lost out on a sale. Bottom line. Went to buy an iPad, Walmart was out of stock, and Best Buy said they would not price match because I «could not buy it at Walmart»?? What? This was the manager. I showed him the advertised sale price online(per BB policy they will match) and he did not even want to see the local shelf price(same as online) he just walked away. Thank god we checked the other Wal Mart before leaving town, was in and out in 5 minutes(literally) with the new iPad at the same price. *disclaimer: this had NOTHING to do with Black Friday deals.

I had Mine craft shipped from this store to new Albany Indiana, bought online… card was NOT activated to be used, now I have to drive to a store near me and get my money back or maybe they can activate it… Soooooooooo WHAT is the point of buying a prepaid card From Best Buy and it does not work… Don’t buy from this company you will be disappointed

A little smaller than most Columbus Best Buys, but the place is reliable and has decent pricing. When ever i’m in town visiting my daughter and something is broke on her computer, I’ll stop here.

I can remember the excite this generated when Findlay natives first heard a Best Buy was coming into town(shortly after the Kmart closed in the same location). I can also remember the disappointed feedback about the size of the store after it arrived. I can’t say I disagree with them. According to the Best Buy website, «we are currently building Best Buy stores in the United States in three sizes — 45,000 square feet, 30,000 square feet, and 20,000 square feet — depending on the size of the market.» Findlay has the smallest of the three. Yes, I understand Findlay is a small market to them, but when I can’t find the music or equipment I want there, why bother? The service I’ve received has been all over the spectrum. It ranges from warm, friendly, and helpful down to brusque and rude. It’s like Forrest Gump’s box of chocolates: you never know what you’re gonna get. Basically, if you find products and service to your satisfaction there, great. If not, there’s a larger one in Toledo that may suit your needs better.

This Best Buy needs to retrain their sales floor employees. I was looking for a cord that connected my computer to the tv(nothing too special) and the salesman wasn’t sure of what I was looking for. He led me to some cords, however, I told him that the type he showed me wouldn’t fit onto my new computer. He ensured that it would… I brought it home, it didn’t fit! I also wanted to buy a new flatscreen tv a couple years back. I was shooting for a 37″. The salesman assured me on the delivery dates and such on a 37″ Samsung and I fell in love with it! He then told me that I would have to wait 15 days before the next shipment of this would come in. I didn’t like this part. I did not want to pay ahead of time to wait 15 days before I got my tv. He didn’t understand why I was not satisfied. I then spoke with the manager and got a 40″ Samsung on the spot for the price of the 37″. Even though they finally accepted my offer and fixed the issue, I couldn’t believe that I had spent an hour there dealing with it.
