We have eaten here many times and we have no complaints. Good steaks, prepared as ordered. Shrimp in shrimp cocktail are quite large. Cocktail sauce has an excellent blend of horseradish. Fresh asparagus could stand to be cooked a bit longer but still tasty. They are now hand-breading the fried mushrooms so that’s a plus. Decent salads. Excellent burgers. A pretty good variety to choose from. We never have room for dessert but it looks just as good as anything else. Nice, small town restaurant. Reasonable prices. It’s much appreciated to have this restaurant close to home.

Meh. Ok. Nothing special with our meal. I ordered the 10 oz. Ribeye. Seasoned ok and cooked the way I ordered. Hubby ordered fried catfish and said it was good. Green beans side was a bit bland. Hubby ordered mixed fruit, and it was canned fruit cocktail! May return to try specials.

Overview: the food is overpriced and not worth the time or money. The restaurant tries to appear to have high-quality food, but is low-quality food instead. Appetizers: clam strips were overcooked. Cheese sticks were obviously frozen. Fried Mushrooms were decent. The loaded baked potato skins have an unusual cheese on them that caused every topping to slide off. Ordered strawberry daiquiri. Made okay. Caesar salad comes with powdered Parmesan cheese as opposed to Shredded and tasted horrible. Main meal: Lemon pepper tilapia was dry, unappetizing, and under seasoned. The baked potato was good, but there isn’t a lot you can do to mess that up. This is the second time that we have been to this restaurant since it reopened as tailwinds steakhouse(formally known as Stan’s Steakhouse). The food was not good the first time we went there, but we decided to try it again since they have been open for a while now. No change other than remodeling. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. We will not be returning for a third time.
