I’ve only ever gone through the drive-thru in the morning but they are quite fast. I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than maybe 90 seconds from the end of the line to driving out of the parking lot. Admittedly I’m not a coffee drinker, so I can’t attest to how good their coffee is but I do enjoy hot chocolate before work when it’s cold out and their hot chocolate is DELICIOUS! Their breakfast sandwiches and doughnuts are also very tasty. I’ve never had anything from their«lunch» menu as I only ever come here for breakfast. I wouldn’t seek out Tim Hortons to eat a sandwitch for lunch, but they are my go to breakfast place. Especially when I’m on the go. Overall I give Tim Hortons 5 stars for what I and most other people go there for… breakfast.

Extremely slow service. Ive waited 20 minutes in line for a bagel before and I was the only person there. I have also ordered two bagel egg sandwiches in the past three weeks and they forgot the egg

Not a single friendly person of the 5 behind the line. Didn’t see a smile the entire time I was there or a single customer welcomed. It was«what can I get for you?»

Ah, Tim Hortons. A Canadian restaurant chain I would describe as Quizno’s meets Dunkin’ Donuts in a Starbucks kind of way. Most of these stores are filtering in from the north around the Great Lakes area. My friends in Charlotte still have no clue what one is or looks like. Regardless, I decided to have a quick bit to eat here tonight. What surprised me the most when I walked in was the presence of only one customer in the dining area. I’ve been to other Tim Horton’s before, and there are at least a handful of others around. It’s seven o’clock on a Saturday night. I would imagine there would be more customers than that. Strange. Anyway, I picked up a turkey and bacon sub on a toasted wheat bun. The bun wasn’t toasted all that well, and there wasn’t much to the sandwich at all. It was quite boring. However, I bought a Boston Cream donut and coffee for dessert, which was quite delicious. The donut wasn’t greasy, and the coffee wasn’t bitter or sludge-like. That’s always appreciated. For my purposes, it’s pretty clear what I’ll use this restaurant for: donuts and coffee. It’s open 24 hours, so I can get my sugar fix at 3AM. If I had to pick between Tim Horton’s or the Fort Findlay Donut Shoppe, it would be the former.

This coffee shop is not as friendly as the one on Trenton Ave. Plus, Tim Horton’s should be a little more customer service oriented when it comes to serving hot coffee in their paper cups. You will not receive a sleeve to put over your cup unless you think to ask for one. And when you do, they will practically throw it across the counter to you. I guess it depends who waits on you. I plan on emailing the company and go directly to the source. Customer Service is not No.#1 with Tim Horton’s on Tiffen Aveune.
