Two years ago, I had to have an interlock (blow & go) installed in my car. Even though it was a pain for me to have that in my car, Brian and Richard made the process very easy on me. Their customer service is out of this world, and they’re super nice guys. They will always make sure to do what’s best for the customer. I’ve been going for two years now and just recently had the interlock removed but my experience with IBA has been nothing but positive.

Had a difficult time finding a place to replace car speakers that I was comfortable dealing with. (Went to 10 places) Richard & Brian at IBA were exceptional with customer service. Everything was clearly explained to me, without a pushy uncomfortable sales pitch. There was a minor glitch, that was immediately taken care of at my convenience, with sincere apologies. I am only mentioning this very small problem to give praise on how well it was handled. Being able to discuss my needs with someone that actually understands the technical/​wiring side of car audio is extremely helpful. (Other places have sales people assist you with purchases that know zero about the mechanics of wiring) Aside from being treated well, the price was also very reasonable (less than all other quotes, but would have still went with IBA even if matched or was a little more $ than other places) These guys are honest & don’t try to get over just to make a buck. Most of all I LOVE MY NEW SPEAKERS! Will be back for more, and I recommend them for all of your mobile electric needs.
