Out of business. Given their overpriced espresso drinks and less than adequate customer service, it is no surprise.

The décor of the café is very vintage like and it has this homely cozy feeling to it that makes the place even more inviting. Most of their furniture and décor are for sale but in my opinion they are a bit pricey. Located outside of their café is a small patio where customers can also sit down and enjoy themselves. This is my second time coming here, but I wasn’t able to write a review for the first visit. The customer service was excellent, the girls who work here are friendly and helpful. I ordered a London fog, lavender lemonade and turkey panini. Everything was good especially the London fog. It’s extremely hard for me to find a place that knows what it is and how to make it correctly. The prices for their drinks and food are reasonable. Food averages between $ 4 – 8 depending on breakfast and lunch menu. Drinks average between $ 3 – 5. You have the option of having yours drinks in a glass or in a togo cup. The first time I was here I ordered the London fog and their oatmeal. For only 3.95, their oatmeal came in a large bowl and had brown sugar, crasins and almonds on the side. Well worth it.

They are very friendly but I think it’s ridiculous to pay $ 3 for a green tea(hot water and 1 tea bag) unless I’m at an airport.

2nd time here. Great coffee. Very comfortable atmosphere. Wi-fi…looks great for homework session. They have small out door patio. And food menu I will check out next time. I don’t live near here or I would bust more often. Oh yeah & the girls are always friendly!

I love this little gem! The décor is awesome(a total inspiration for my new house) and for sale! Not to mention, the food and drinks are great. It’s just a little homey place that makes me happy. Oh, the people are super nice too. Definitely go.

Very cool vibe — antique but comfortable furniture, friendly staff, roomy, free WiFi and good frappé. TWO Coffee has it all

Fircrest has some wonderful eateries that should be visited. I would not have known about TWO Coffee if I had not searched for this business on Unilocal as it is hidden from sight. As another Unilocaler said, you would not see it unless you were looking for coffee, or a coffee place to hang out with a friend. I must admit though, I do not go here for coffee. I have never tasted the coffee that they’ve made which I should, for future visits. I go there for the ambiance and the Hawaii green tea they serve. First with the ambiance; cute. It has a very rustic-ish, cottage-ish, and barn-ish theme. There are tags on some of the decors which I believe is available for purchase. As for the Hawaii green tea that I purchase all the time(as in twice), DUH-LI-CIOUS. It tastes very different and the flavor is something I would never have associated with as being ‘Hawaii’ — I can say that, I’m from Oahu. Parking is abundant but a little confusing as the lines for the stalls are faded. I’m not sure what the name of the plaza this establishment is located in but it is next to the Tacoma Cat Hospital.

It’s always hard when you go to a place and the food is great, but other factors knock it down a little. First let me say, that by no means am I saying this is a bad place. For many I’m sure it’s great. My big gripe was that for something like 8.95, I got a half of a sandwich and a small cup of soup. Both were awesome, but it left me hungry. So I bought a half salad for something like 7.00 and got 40 pieces of spinach on a plate with 3 small pieces of chicken and assorted cranberries and nuts. I realize I have somewhat high standards, but I’ve had food of equal quality nearby with better portions. Espresso yourself comes to mind. Again, food awesome, portions/cost not so much. To each their own.

I enjoy this place for several reasons: it’s hiding in a corner which you wouldn’t see unless you were aiming to search for coffee, never have I found it extremely crowded(consistent flow of customers), outlets are plentiful, there is outside seating if BoB(big orange ball) decides to visit, they play blues music(yeeeeah buddy!), and have pastries, sandwiches, and salads, oh! And delicious frappes(say what?!). They have a Victorian, cottage, world traveler, cabin like theme(sounds crazy but it is well organized an decorated, if you like diy projects or that homey feel… you got it! And they also sell it)

Little bit of a wait but great suggestion of the Mayan Mocha Ice Frappé with banana was a wise choice. Service was mediocre at best but that what you get when can’t handle the rush of people.

Best salted caramel latte I’ve ever had! Sandwiches and soups are fresh and the service is quality as well. Perfect for breakfast, lunch or both even.

Awesome friendly little coffee shop. The owner has a passion for what she does. Hopefully she will be open for sometime. I love the décor it is up beat and a little country. Her employee was super smiley and friendly. I love that she hired an average girl not the super model that most coffee store go for. This store is bound to go far and become a Fircrest favorite!

I meet a group of ladies here on a Saturday @11am. THe place was pretty empty but filled up within the hour that followed… I ordered the Mexican hot chocolate and it was amazing… just enough sweet with spice and came In a super big cup(that I appreciate). Wifi is free with purchase and the is on the receipt. Everything in the shop is really cute and available for purchase!

I judge a coffee shop by its americano. This one was well made, hot with a good crema on top. I also had the breakfast burrito(veggie), which is simple, tasty, grilled. TWO is much larger inside than I expected and had a ton of seating, including big comfy couches. It’s the kinda place you could take your hipster friend or your grandma to. There is also some outdoor seating on a small deck out front. Great for coffee after walking the neighborhood with the dog. Ok prices. Would have given five stars if the burrito had potatoes and black beans. I’m still on the quest for the perfect one. Especially within walking distance from my house.

TWO is so great. I love meeting people here for coffee. The employees are especially Jacki she is very good and pretty. Jace also knows what’s up. The owner Jill does a great job of having new things around to see and try! Try one of everything they have and then pick your fav to get everyday.

I’m disappointed that I have to leave such a negative review because the staff is very sweet but the business and customer service itself is a zero. The coffee has been Burt tasting on more then one occasion and I’ve had to have them redo it so many times that I stopped getting my coffee there and just went for the food. Then when I ordered a lunch to go, I was in a hurry and took a quick bite as I took off I found a hair in my sandwich ! I went back in and told the girl what happened but that I didn’t have much time and she asked me if I wanted them to make me another one, I would have been more pleased with a refund but that was not suggested. There seemed to be no manager on staff and she was young so I didn’t want to press the matter but after these bad experiences I will not be returning

Cute, tasty, comfy and good wifi. Thanks so much, y’all! I only take one star away for crossing Jesus’ instruction that you keep your religion to yourself(Matthew 6:6) — but I love that you have your heart in a place where you mean well for others.

The staff is always friendly and cheery(must be the good coffee!). I don’t actually drink coffee but their Chai is great and their food(have only had b-fast) is perfect to get your day started. The only area where they could improve is in using a thermometer when they make hot drinks… some times its a little too hot and I have to wait a while before drinking… so I always get it in a to-go cup. Its a great place and the only shop I go to for chai!
