Putting aside any feelings I may have about Chase or big banks in general — the lobby staff at Chase Bank in Firestone is organized, fast and unbelievably helpful. The drive-​through is a different story. My advice? Park your car, go inside, and let the folks there take care of your business with a smile. I actually look forward to going here over my lunch hour, and that says a lot.
