Got food poisoning here yesterday, after not eating McDonald’s for THREE years. So much for treating myself! I have been vomiting(and other awful stuff) for 24 hrs now. Considering going to the ER if it doesn’t subside! Please please PLEASE… do yourself a favor and skip this McDonald’s(and all others for that matter!) Next, I’m going to research what kind of recourse I may have here. Ugh.

Trash, I have never been a fan of McDonalds. All McDonalds taste very cheap. This location doesn’t care about your order. One day I came into this restaurant to try the shame rock shake. The woman running the cash register was very slow. After I ordered, she randomly went outside for no reason. She talked to this man in a mini-van for about 5 – 7 minutes. My friends and, I were waiting for her and, was disappointed. They screw up on your order often. My story was the weirdest one though.

Update. Still slow! This McD’s has been open for what 3 years now? They still haven’t figured it out. Many McDonald’s manage to have your food hanging out the 2nd drive through window ready for you. This one makes you wait even for the simplest orders in the«off» hours. Clearly there is a major management issue here that needs to be resolved.

I have been to this location several times and they have NEVER gotten my order correct. My most recent visit was behind *one* car in the drive-thru that took over 15 minutes(NO exaggeration!) to get my food. If you’re craving a Big Mac or Quarter Pounder and fries, the extra couple of miles to the I-25 location is more than worth the effort.

The McDonald staff here is so nice! Their breakfast here is fairly good. I like it better then other McDonald’s in the area. I typically get a French vanilla latte too that is ridiculously delicious. I never try lunch but I give their staff and service 5 stars and their breakfast a 4.

My family and I enjoy the occasional Big Mac and I must say this McDonald’s is the worst location that I have ever been to in the entire world(I now this sounds silly, but we are some serious Big Mac fans, maybe McDonald’s should focus on their old favorites). We have tried this location a handful of times and have never been impressed! Today, I took a chance and drove through the drive through. I pulled up to the ordering sign and waited for 2 – 3 minutes, as soon as the woman came on she took my order and I pulled forward. I observed a back up at the payment window, where cars were simply sitting than slowly moving forward to the pick up window. I sat waiting for window one for another 2 – 3 minutes. When I was finally able to pull forward, there were two women goofing around and giggling«she grabbed my arm» one of them said to me before taking my payment card. Unamused, I waited while she took payment. I pulled forward as my food sit there waiting at window two, and drove away. When I arrived home I was disappointed to find that my Big Mac had missing ingredients on the top bun and the sandwich appeared to have been sitting on a burner for sometime before being added to my take out bag(lettuce was totally cooked, the cheese was beyond melted and had dried out and a portion of the bun was burnt). As I mentioned, I have been to this location a few times, the employees are never that polite and the Big Mac, the king of fast food, is poorly prepared and delivered. The Erie location on HWY52 and the Longmont location on 119 and I-25 are far better for good service and food quality. I know I am going on and on about a $ 4 burger, but we know a good Big Mac when we see and taste one. We will not support a location that does not value our beloved Big Mac!
