This is the worst Pizza Hut! They can never get an order right! They always miss something that you pay extra for! Plus they never have wings in stock, and when they do, it’s not enough to cover the order, and now they are out of black olives… Really??? This Pizza Hut needs new management

Terrible management. 30 minutes late in a carry out order because they forgot to put more than one pizza in at a time. The owners should be ashamed at such an underperforming store.

Wow, this place is a goldmine of stoners and clueless humans. Don’t order from here, they have zero control over online orders and charge extra for multiple items. They’ll probably get closed down for being super dirty unless the health inspector is also a stoner and has an idiot kid that ‘manages’ the place. The pizza itself is over par, which is sad for a Pizza Hut. How do you screw up a chain?

Called in an order to pick up. Arrived 7:02, board said it would be ready at 7:03. Paid and sat to wait what I hoped would be just a few minutes. Nope, took nearly 20 minutes. We ordered 4 orders of Wings and a pizza. Only got 3 of the wings, and the pizza was cold. Done with this place.

slow delivery times are routine. I live up the street and I’ll wait over an hour for a pizza sometimes. Do yourself a favor and just call it in if you really want it.

If I could give this loacation zero stars, I would. They got our order wrong and when we called them all they could say was they would give us a $ 5 credit for next time. The pizza cost more than $ 5 and we weren’t going to eat it. We said we wanted the pizza replaced with what we ordered and they said we would have to come and pick it up and bring the wrong pizza back. Keep in mind that we paid a delivery fee for this. I have never had worse service than I received tonight. Not once did they simply say I’m sorry.

Looking for the most frustrating experience imaginable? Try calling and ordering a pizza from pizza Hut. No longer can you get a local high school kid trying to earn a buck, you get some dumb ass call center that employs the most un employable adults that can be found. You will either get some kind of brain dead derelict, or a non English speaking bag of fun. I actually like pizza Hut, but if this is the way it’s going to be, forget it! Lots of better options out there folks! And have fun being on the phone for an hour with said people trying to determine where you want to pick your pizza up!

I don’t have the pleasure of reporting the quality of their food but the interaction I had with them was awful. We live 2.27 miles away from them (according to Unilocal), and we were informed they stop delivering to our city… after they couldn’t answer why they couldn’t. Deliver to us we decided to order, then we decided to go with blackjack pizza after they told us they don’t have gluten free pizza like they advertise.

I usually love this pizza hut but lately every time I’ve ordered delivery, it takes them over an hour and sometime an hour and a half for us to get our pizza! By the time we get it, its cold and stale. :(but if you order for pick up its just fine!

This pizza hut is absolutely terrible, delivery is never on time and they have only gotten the complete order right once out of 3 times.
