My husband and I had appointments for a massage [him] and a facial [me]. I think my expectations were set too high based on the other reviews. On a positive note, my facial was great. I left with soft, clean skin. Hubby really enjoyed his massage. Both of our service times ran the full hour, not the amended version which includes changing and prep time. Unfortunately, the facility left me wanting. It was clean, but a little run-down. There is no changing area or relaxation room. They are performing manicures and eyebrow threading in the waiting area. Because the space is small, you can hear every footstep and conversation during your service. In summary, if you need a quick service, Ambience is fine, but I wouldn’t plan a spa day here.

I was given a gift certificate for a facial, massage, manicure and pedicure, and when they say heaven on earth, they’re not lying. It. Was. Wonderful. It was my first massage and facial, and I’m absolutely hooked. I will definitely be going back, it was so comfortable and relaxing. The women that worked on me were so fantastic. Go here, it’s worth every dime!

Hina gave me a facial after I purchased a deal on Living Social. She informed me more about my skin than any other aesthetician I have ever met. Though her spa in Fishers is a decent half hour drive from my apartment downtown in Indianapolis, she was good enough to visit again. The only problem was trying to find the spa. It is located in a small house-like building off Lantern Rd. and 116th street. There was ample parking the afternoon I went, and once you have been there, there is no problem finding it again.
