Andy Mohr Buick GMC

I bought my car from Andy Mohr GMC but never again. Their service dept is horrible. My car to go in for some major work. They told me that it would be finished within 2 – 3 days; however, it wasn’t until day 3 that they told me the parts had just come in and now it wouldn’t be until the following week that they might have my car ready. Throughout the entire process, there was little to no communication from their service reps about the status of my car until I called in. I am very disappointed and will not take my car back there to get service nor will I buy another car from them again.

Oil change. Busy Saturday morning. Could not find my leased car in their system. Lost my keys. Accepted that it was going to be an hour. It has been that. Now maybe 25 min they say. Forget free oil change not worth my time.

Got there 10 – 15 before 8 to buy a car. This was the only time I had… I live 1.5 away or more. Sales team wasn’t concerned to help me with my buying decision, but only to find ways to get me out of there so they could get home. I have been in SALES FOR 10 yrs, and to satisfy customers you work around their hours. Sales in customer driving and you got to hustle for that customer! These guys were in turtle mode. No passion/​No drive

Last week i filed out a contact request on their website and i had a call back within a couple hours. I went in that night and they worked me out of my current lease and got me into another great lease. I leased my last vehicle from here and had good service, so i keep coming back. Their service department has been only the disappointment in the last couple years dealing with them, but there have been no problems as of late.

I had the strangest and most unique car dealership experience of my life. I walked into the dealership and not a single person greeted me. There they all sat, playing on their phones, completely ignoring me. Never before have I walked into a dealership and been completely ignored. If anything salespeople usually descend on me like a pack of vultures.
I took some time to wander around and just watch them work, or rather not work, and it was the weirdest thing I have ever witnessed. I simply can’t even begin to fathom how nobody showed any interest at all in a customer when they work in a commissioned sales job. I took some time, wandered around, checked out the cars in the showroom, and gave them every opportunity to approach me. Obviously I could have gone to speak to someone, but this experience was just so abnormal that I wanted to see it through to the end and determine if anyone would put down their mobile device and make a sale.
Eventually I walked out the door without anyone putting down their phone. That’s unfortunate, because I can’t haggle to save my life. I hope whatever they were playing on their phones was more interesting than the commission from a brand new $ 40,000 Buick. I always thought being heckled by salesmen was the worst thing, but I’ve now realized being completely ignored like that is one of the most rude and insulting things to have happen at a car dealership. It was so cold and unfriendly in there I felt warmer outside in freezing winter weather.

Had a great experience with the new vehicle.
Had a minor mishap with the title paperwork and they took responsibility and fixed it right away and even compensated me for the time and hassle at the BMV!
They certainly went above and beyond to maintain goodwill and customer satisfaction. I was extremely pleased with how they handled things!

I feel compelled to provide an update. I recently changed auto insurance and when I provided the VIN number for the Fit that I purchased at Andy Mohr they informed me that it had been in two previous accidents. The Car Fax report that Andy Mohr provided to me had no such information on it, but I feel that there is no way that Andy Mohr would not have known about this. I would have offered a MUCH lower price for the car had I known its history.

I went to the quick lube quick lube as I always have and there was a wait decided to come back later due to other commitments. Came back within business hours
Although very close to closing time manager told me would not do my oil change
He said they stop taking them prior to closing. I am loyal customer and was shocked by his it’s not my problem attitude. He let a customer walk out and made no effort to please me. I went to speak to general manager who was very professional and agreed that I should have been taken care of. He offered to get me the oil change done on the spot and for free. I declined as I was very angry and felt I needed to remove myself. From situation. Ia appreciated that he tried to make
situation right. I guess the oil lube manager should know

Will be in market for large used SUV in the early spring. This event will make me think about purchasing from other dealer. Won’t say I won’t ever go back but this has me fuming mad. Thanks to GM did do a great job though. Lube manager is doing disservice to dealership.

I brought my vehicle in for service on what appeared to be leaking coolant. Car was overheating. Took rental and went to work.
I was told that the issue was the water pump. We agreed on fixing that issue. Service consultant attempted to upsell on other services. Declined on most except oil change.
Next day, vehicle overheated on 465 with the same symptoms. Took me two hours to get back to Andy Mohr. I was told the issue was an elbow connector leaking. So, I really don’t know if the water pump was the root cause or if it was replaced. Dealerships are usually better at fixing issues b/​c they are more expensive and mechanics should have better training. I have not experienced that with Andy Mohr. Trimmed a little off of the labor not much to matter. Better luck to you.
