Nice for the price. Our room was obviously missing a chair or couch and the hallways smell smokey. However, our room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the Jacuzzi tub worked. Overall is a nice deal. Would stay again.

The quality if this hotel is terrible. The towels are so hard when I dried off I thought my skin was peeling off. Also, the constant knocking on the door from the cleaning staff is borderline harassment. If you plan on sleeping in, forget it. I will not stay there again.

We were In a cruch for a hotel room I booked online with expida and had a king suite for 62.00 the tub was huge and had a separate bathroom. The room was very spacious and clean! Front desk was nice and gave us coupons for local restraunt. Free breakfast. The sheets where soft and bed was not bad. But all together it was pleased with what we got.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Though, the desk staff was friendly. This hotel is supposed to be non smoking. But, my room smelled like musty, stale, cigarettes. The lobby smelled too. The breakfast area was clean and offered a typical decent hotel breakfast– only reason for one star. The carpets in hallways and room were disgusting. We didn’t even take off our shoes. It looked like they hadn’t vacuumed in weeks. The tile was disgustingly dirty. They missed the invention of the mop. There was permanent marker drawings from somebody’s kid on the carpet and couch in our room. Wallpaper was peeling, and the pull out mattress in couch-bed was horrid, you could see the springs. We slept, got up and left at 630 am. I can’t believe this is a Wyndham property. They told us they are renovating in 2 weeks. I say tear this place down with a wrecking ball. Ew.

Well, I wish I could rate it zero stars. This hotel is a classic case of you get what you pay for… or is it? For 107 whole dollars, we were exposed to a horribly disengaged staff, a blanket on top of one of the beds with a you-know-what stain on it, people walking around barefoot & putting their bare feet on the lobby furniture, & no apology from the staff whatsoever for the aforementioned on top of it. Upon checking out, the two front staff employees were literally mute as my mother was speaking to them & stared at her blankly when my mother was saying, «Um, hi, I’m checking out…» Who or what service industry staff literally does not speak to a guest when they stand at the counter to check out & instead stares at them blankly? It was just plain weird & made me wonder if a drug screen for them was warranted instead. Our whole hearted advice– take your 107 dollars & put it towards a hotel that actually cares about their guests staying there & takes the time to notice & throw away blankets with sexy time stains on them. Gross, gross, gross!

Good price. No Hilton Garden on amenities, but you get what you pay for. Pool outdoors was ok.

First time staying here, and my last. I checked in yesterday for two nights, and was initially pleased with the accommodations, room size, etc. This evening, however, there are some handymen or contractors or something doing some work in a nearby room. We’re talking power tools against wood. It’s almost 9:30pm as I write this, and their still cutting and hammering away. It sounds like they’re cutting through the wall into my room. I went to the front desk, where there is a sign that says, «If you aren’t please, please let us know. If we can’t fix it, your stay is free.» I asked the clerk how long they planned to be working, and she said she didn’t know. She asked if I’d like to change rooms. At 9pm? Seriously? I told her that I did not want to be inconvenienced with a room change, and would like them to stop working at a reasonable time or I expected them to honor their guarantee and not charge me for my room. Of course, she said she would leave a message for the Manager. … As I was writing this, the Manager called my room to apologize. She told me that she would be issuing a refund for my entire stay. She explained that she called the owner and he said that he was the one who scheduled the project, and that they weren’t anywhere near being finished. She confirmed that several guests had made the same complaint. I expressed with crystal clarity that I was unhappy and would not be returning here in the future. If this is the way they treat their guests, then I won’t be one again in the future, and would strongly encourage others to stay away. … A final note from the morning after: the racket and noise finally stopped around 10:30pm, but then found there to be no water in the room. Every faucet, including the shower, ran at a trickle. I called back to the front desk and told the Manager. She assured me that the water would be restored by morning. I awoke this morning to NOWATERINMYROOM. Upon checking out at the front desk I was asked if everything was okay with my stay. I angrily relayed my story again. The morning Desk Supervisor knew nothing of the water problem and only know of the one night not being charged. Clearly she didn’t want to go a round with me, because rather than calling someone for verification, she refunded the charges for my entire stay and offered a heartless apology. I WON’T BERETURNINGTOTHISHOTEL, and intend to find out if they own any other properties so I can avoid them as well.

Basic hotel but terrific for the price! Hampton Inn wanted $ 200 but Baymont was $ 109. Room and bed were clean and comfy and breakfast was good. …and free. Don’t waste your money at Hampton Inn. It’s another two star motel… Great value here.

Needed a hotel for the evening last minute and went with Baymont Inn due to cost and good location. Would suggest to anyone needing a place in the Indy area. Great front desk service! Delicious breakfast — Not a five star dining experience, but a lot better than plastic eggs and cold coffee. Very comfortable King sized bed, large bathroom — very relaxing night overall. Only issue I had was keeping my iPhone connected to the wifi.

This is a great place to stay if you don’t have a lot of money to spend. They have plenty to offer for the price. It was very close to many places in Fishers. Very clean rooms, very accommodating staff, and a wonderful breakfast! They have free wifi, pool, and fitness. I stayed in one room with three other people. It was a little tight but not bad. There is plenty of space downstairs to sit and work or use the hotel’s computers and printers. A great place to stay in Fishers!
