I have a bum knee and my doctor ordered x-​rays. After searching my insurance’s site for a provider, I decided on CDI since it was near work. Everyone there was super professional and friendly — and accommodating of my pokey walking pace — BUT — and this is a big but … I am a punctual person. My appointment was at 9:30. I got there about 9:20ish, having filled out the paperwork online ahead of time (once you schedule an appointment, they email you a link to their patient portal). I wasn’t called back until nearly 11! I had to sit in waiting room hell, watching Kathie Lee and Hoda, while my knees stiffened. Ugh.
But, like I said, the woman who did my x-​rays did everything she could to make sure I was comfortable and the process was as easy as possible. She also printed out copies of the film for me to drop off at my doctor’s office. They also will give you the images on a CD if you give them 24 hours notice.
