We did not realize it was more or a cafeteria than a service restaurant. You order your food when you enter the door, find a table then are served your food on a cutting board. Not all the servers can bring beer. We had to get our own napkins from the self serve drink menu. The only place left to sit was a bench seat where you needed a step stool to get to. The food choices were exceptionally small and not anything to cause us to go back.

What a find. Halfway through our burgers, we were looking at the menu to figure out what we could try on our NEXT visit. I had the Bourbon Burger(onion and mushrooms in a bourbon sauce with jalapeño cheese), with sweet potato fries. My wife had the Bacon Cheddar Burger with regular fries. The burgers were juicy and bursting with flavor. Service was excellent: you order at the counter and post your number on a table stand. Even though they were full up and clearly busy, the food came out right on time. The owner was working the floor, bringing out food and drink, and was hustling as hard or harder than her staff. We watched as she checked in on nearly every table. «Everything good? Everything okay? You need anything?» Food was great, service was great, we’ll be back.

Service was wonderful! We thought it was overpriced for what they are– a burger joint. My husband ordered the blue burger cooked to well done and it was very good. My son and I got the flamme burger cooked to their normal medium well and they were extremely greasy. We also got the truffle fries and they were just ok– I adore truffle anything but probably won’t get these again if we ever decide to go back.

Food Quality 2 or 3! Definitely not the best fries I’ve ever had. Brandon thought my Truffle Burger has the best flavor, hummm, it was ok. FF, hollow, slightly warm, decent flavor but nothing to applaud. I don’t like their flow and it cheats the server out of a proper tip. Oh wait you don’t really have a server just someone to drop off your food. The best part, time with family. I feel like I rated high but everyone else enjoyed their food.

Great burger! Lots of options that make creating your burger fun and different. BLT salad was fresh and tasty! Will come back for sure. A new place for a great burger! Come give it a try

Walked in and greeted by the owner. She explained the menu to us and how you could order. At the front counter and they will bring your food to you, or order and be served at the bar. She recommended the depot chicken sandwich. DELICIOUS. My husband ordered the flamme burger and loved his. The fries are handcut and seasoned well. Very good service. Plenty of large tvs which make it a great lunch spot. They sell beer and have a good selection.

Want can I say? This is one of the best burgers I have ever had. Fresh cooked and the combos are second to none. The buns and toppings are super fresh and very, very tasty. They only serve wine and beer but the selection is adequate. The service is spectacular and the help are all glad to be there b

Just ok. Burgers are on the higher price point for the value and taste. The chicken avocado club was good, but the veggie burger was mushy and texture was like eating mashed potatoes between two buns. The regular fries were ok but the Truffle fries fell short-not tasting like truffle oil. This will likely be a one and done visit.

Tried this place for the time tonight and was good. I had the BBQ burger with fried onions jalepenos and cheese and was pleasantly surprised to find fresh peppers that added just the right amount of spice. My kids and husband all enjoyed their burgers too! The fries were a little on the salty side but delicious anyway we will definitely be back!

No need to write a lot about what many have mentioned so far. Very mediocre burgers at absolutely outrageous prices. They also have a digital menu that still had items they’re no longer serving or had yet. «We don’t offer sweet potato fries anymore because they kept coming out burned.» Honestly just don’t even mention that to customers, doesn’t exactly instil confidence in your cooking ability. Fries were 4.50 for a size 1⁄5 that of competing restaurants. For a price higher than Bru burger(sit down, all home made), customers deserve a quality better than fast food. There’s just too many better options within 5 minutes for us to consider coming back any time soon unless prices drop substantially.

I’ve only been here once and it was a great experience. Knowledgeable, friendly staff and a pretty strong menu. I ordered the chicken avocado club and fries. The chicken was great, the bacon was perfect and the avocado went well with everything. It was a little surprising that the sandwich didn’t come with the standard lettuce and tomato type veggies, but not the end of the world. When you have good food and a great staff, you’re immediately a 5 star for me. The friendly, helpful nature of all the workers was so impressive, I wanted to meet the hiring manager or the owner because they’re doing something right! Hope to be back at this joint again soon.

I loved the burgers here. Stopped in for dinner then ended up coming back the next day for lunch to try a different burger. The basil balsamic aioli on the bruschetta burger was amazing. Don’t miss out on the truffle fries either. I look forward to the Gelato shakes, they weren’t ready yet when I was there.

Delicious burger and fries in the new heart of downtown Fishers. Can’t wait for this place to be fully operational because I bet the desserts, especially the shakes, are going to be just as good as the burgers. My only qualm with this place is that, for what it is, it’s a little pricey but their food makes up for it in a big way. Basically a fancier 5-guys and I’m okay with that.

Not a good experience. I actually feel bad for the gentleman standing at the register who is probably fielding all of the frstraution from customers. One step in the door you get a menu, 4 steps later you are supposed to order at the counter and then take a seat. Great! I expect that I will now recieve wait service.…wrong. Get your own beverage from the fountain machine. And we tried to order a beer and were told they were out of 3 of the 6 on the menu. Menu is ala carte and seems to be on the high end, especially after you find out there is no wait service involved. There are several restaurants in the area that are more affordable for the type of food. Was the burger ok? Yes but not fabulous enough for the price. Our bill for 2 people was over $ 30 which I don’t agree with for my effort in my own meal. We had several different orders at the table including two people who ordered the same burger but one on a gluten free bun. When we recieved our burgers, they couldn’t tell us if the gluten free bun was correct or not. I get the concept that a restaurant can save cost by not having wait staff but I can get a better burger at a restaurant that does have wait staff with excellent service and I don’t have to do all the work. The restaurant itself is very clean but the 4 top tables are very small once there are drinks and burgers and fries involved. Think extra elbow room when selectiong a table!

Wow. It seems like somebody with a fast food background just figured if they put something in Fishers, they can charge twice what it’s worth due to location. We came here check out a new place but quickly figured out that there is no table service(contrary to the plaque when you walk in.) I asked for Sun King as it was listed prominently at the register but they were out. I opted for Blue Moon and it came out about 10 minutes later and it was not garnished with an orange as it has been at every other restaurant and bar I have ever been to. The layout of this place is absurd. You walk in and are supposed to grab a menu, pretty extensive to make a choice from in the 3 steps it takes to get to the register and make your choice and order it, then you fill your own cup and go sit down. My wife and I ordered 1 burger each, 1 fry each and she got a water and I got a $ 5 beer and the bill was $ 31. I can go to Five Guys and get the same service, 3 times as many fries and pay $ 15 less for an awesome burger. So we sat down at a table and 5 minutes later, our fries came out. They told us they came out early. Another 4 minutes went by and my burger came out. Another 5 minutes went by before my wife’s burger came out. So I was half done before my wife’s burger came out because she told me to eat it while it was hot. The burger itself was a bbq burger. Their burger was pretty decent but was very much like Five Guys. The toppings were weak. It had bbq sauce, a few small shoestring onions, and jalapeño pepper slices. It wasn’t great. I expect a $ 10 burger to be a quality burger loaded with something as I have seen in every other good burger joint. Overall, I am extremely disappointed. If I paid $ 18 for both of our items, I would have been ok with it but this was over the top poor for the price. On a side note, a place that has $ 30 meals for 2 had menus that had photos that were pixelated. The rest of the menu was printed properly including the flame background but the management didn’t even think it was important enough to provide the printer with good photos of their own products for THEMENU! It’s just a list of things that show me that they are only out to make money and not provide a nice restaurant experience. We definitely won’t be back.

As other reviewers said, it has a fast food set up with a hefty price tag. I got a chicken avocado club and a small fry & my husband got a create your own burger and the parmesan truffle. Both were alright, but not for the $ 30 – 35 price tag. When asked how our meal was, my husband kindly told one of the employees(who may have been the manager based on the way she was dressed?) that the food was good but that he was surprised by their prices. I later heard her mocking him to the other employees asking them what made him qualified to speak about burgers when I went to get a soda refill before leaving. Overall the food was alright, but the price and rude staff are enough to keep us away for good.

Agree with previous review, the layout is a bit confusing. Upon walking in, I really expected to be seated and waited on, but quickly figured out you order at the counter which is completely fine. The boys are at the counter are very nice and helpful. We loved that you can get a pretzel bun for no extra charge. BUT, the cost of the food is a bit much. Our bill was $ 27 for a burger, chicken sandwich, one order of fries and one drink. The sandwiches are by no means huge, at $ 10/pop I expected a bit more. They were absolutely delicious, don’t get me wrong, we were both just a bit shocked when he gave us our total. And the shake machine wasn’t working, big sad face! But I shudder to think what we would have paid then! So! Bottom line, very tasty food, just plan to spend what you typically would at a normal sit down, get waited on, type of restaurant. We will be back, just not frequently.

I was a little confused by the layout immediately upon entering. Judging by the ambiance, it seems like you should be greeted by a host and be seated. Instead, you order at the cash register and then choose your own seat to wait. Not a big deal, by any means… I just expected different. There are no «combos» for the ordering, as everything is ala carte. The whole situation, up to this point, reminded me of Five Guys. My girlfriend and I both forgot to specify our bun type, and weren’t reminded by the person taking our order. We didn’t realize until after we had received our food. Again, not a deal breaker… especially considering the fact that the buns we did receive were quite nice. I was, however, looking forward to tasting their take on brioche. Our food was delivered to our table in a timely manner, but not so timely that we questioned that it was made fresh for our order. I had the Bourbon Burger and my girlfriend had the West Coast. The buns, as mentioned before, were nice. The burgers were cooked medium to medium well and were sufficiently juicy and flavorful. The toppings were well prepared and distributed in favorable proportion. The only concern I had was the price of the burgers relative to their size. They had to have been less than a quarter pound and were $ 10 to $ 13 a piece. I generally wouldn’t consider a restaurant where I had to stand to order at a cash register like fast food, fill my own drinks like fast food… and then pay $ 10 for less than a quarter pound burger. We had one order of regular fries and one of truffle parmesan fries. Both were hot and fresh cut. The truffle oil, however, caused the fries to become soggy… and too much parmesan added after caused the final consistency to be most closely compared to eating play-dough. A colossal bummer unless you’re a maladjusted kindergartner. They tend to be into that sort of thing. The staff was courteous and attentive and overall(other than the truffle fries)…there wasn’t much too glaringly wrong that couldn’t fairly easily be fixed. In fact, my reaction to the entire experience would have probably been very different if my bill had been $ 8 or $ 10 cheaper. Two good but small burgers, one order of good fries and one order of bad fries and two waters for $ 30 is a hard sell to make. Especially when both higher end burger joints with better and bigger entrees(i.e. Upland, Scotty’s, Bubs) AND lower end places for half the price(i.e. Five Guys) are within ten miles.

Wow!!! Didn’t think you could do that much with a burger. Had the Blue Burger… blue cheese, bacon blue, cheese spread… perfect! Sometimes I get nervous ordering anything with bacon on it because it can be stringy and hard to eat on a burger… not here… it was perfect Opening day busy, still quick and the hand cut fries… they are wonderful WANT A GREATBURGER GOTOFLAMMEBURGER
