Force Barbell is great for people of all ages who want to get fit or improve their sports performance. The coaches offer group classes and semi-private coaching. They’re very supportive and celebrate the smallest successes. I come to improve my fitness level. Owner Tyler Miller knows my abilities and challenges me. My program changes up every 4 weeks and I have seen major improvements in my ability to move more comfortably in my body. Friends have even commented that they’ve noticed how I get around better. Tyler works with people recovering from injuries as well as athletes and everyone in-between. His knowledge and understanding of the body is beyond compare. Can’t say enough good things about Force Barbell and the coaches. Tyler cultivates a very positive and professional atmosphere. I highly recommend Force Barbell. It’s way better than a traditional gym. Working with the coaches here lessens the chance of injury and gets you better results, because you get the maximum benefit from your efforts.

Tyler is a expert and in one session improved my deadlift form and performance, while providing great mobility drills and helpful information. I’d definitely recommend Force Barbell for strength and sports improvement.

Great workout space offering several different workout options. Two main choices are conditioning classes or strength squad. Conditioning classes are 45 minute sessions featuring various activities. Strength squad is a program aimed at individuals looking to compete in various strength competitions. Coaches make the difference for their high level of personal care and attention. Coaches are truly dedicated to ensuring your success and that you meet your goal.

This place is amazing! I have been to many gyms in my lifetime and there is no gym around that comes close to doing what they do. No other gym I’ve been to gives me the personal attention I get at Force. They give special attention to breathing properly and making sure your form is correct during each exercise. They set up workout for my needs, and even provide reasonable diet recommendations. They’re helping me set(and stick to) realistic goals, and give me motivation(not guilt) if I can’t meet my goals all the time.
