I’ve had some very good Chinese food in my life… This is not good. 1st — if you are the phone answerer for the establishment, at least ACT like you wish to take my order, or say hello at the very least. Also, a sign off of some kind, like«good bye» for example. Don’t just hang up on your customers, or anyone for that matter, that’s rude. 2nd — if someone walks in to your restaurant, and she’s trying to get her order, getting up from your chair across the room, taking your headphones out, and smiling would probably go a long way. Acting like your customers are a total bother and annoyance to you does not a lasting customer make. Now the food, 3rd — the chicken in both the chicken fried rice and in the chicken with broccoli was not fresh and was super rubbery. It was hard to chew. That’s just gross. I gave the chicken to my dogs because it was not edible. Why would this be served to anyone? Also, the chicken with broccoli was ¾ broccoli, ¼ chicken. It wasn’t a good balance. The amount of garlic in the sauce totally over powered any other taste in the chicken with broccoli. Pork egg roll was completely different than any other egg roll I’ve ever had. Very peppery, not a lot of pork, not even sure if there was cabbage in it. Also, giant chunk of fat wrapped up in the roll which is disgusting. Overall, the attitude, and food quality were bad and I will not go back.

How can you call this a Chinese restaurant that doesn’t have hot tea. Food was good but no tea!

Food is decent. I think the veggie egg rolls are very good. I usually order veggie egg rolls and veggie fried rice. My only complaint was that I ordered veggie fried rice, I didn’t realize that it came in two sizes. They didn’t ask what size I wanted and when I got there, I was charged $ 8 for a large fried rice. I was a little annoyed but it turned out fine because I had enough for two meals.

Extremely rude owner. They left out one of the orders in my take out. I called to tell them and simply asked for a refund. She yelled at me and told me to bring my bag back because she knew she put it there. That place is run like a mess. I feel bad for the poor child that had to sit in there all day while her parents rip people off!

Not my favorite Chinese food. Prices were high for the quality we received. They went for quantity over quality, where I would much rather have good tasting food. Their chicken teriyaki was very dry with no sauce and hardly any rice. The shrimp fried rice was a huge portion but we found two strands of hair in it. The best meal we had was the beef and broccoli. It was decently flavored and had some sauce. Will probably try a different take out next time.

This is a really great Chinese restaurant conveniently located in the Geist area Close to the Kroger’s at 116 St. and Olio Road. We get takeout from here probably 2 to 3 times a month and are never disappointed. They have all the usual suspects on the menu and everything is of high quality, fresh tasting, and hot. It is a family owned and operated place in the owners are quite friendly and recognize regulars and often will offer you a bonus dish when placing a large order. Highly recommend this place!

The food is not bad and it’s not great. However, it’s takeout chinese. I do love calling her to place my order. I always hang up wondering if they know who the order is for when walk in. To my amazement, every time they know. Prices are great and they are speedy.

I just ordered from New China for the last time. The girl who took my order hung up on me without saying«thank you» or «bye.» When my husband picked up our food, the man who we’re assuming was the owner, was just sitting there watching a movie and didn’t acknowledge my husband. He just motioned for his young daughter to the counter. She practically threw our order at my husband and ordered him to sign the receipt. There’s countless Chinese restaurants in the area. Take your business elsewhere.

Although this is a your very standard chinese restaurant, the food is quality and the carry out service is usually 5 minutes or less. The Chicken and Broccoli is a solid choice. Big portions and the lunch specials are a great deal.

The food is OK, nothing great. But be prepared that if you are a few minutes late picking up your order that they will call you multiple times to find out where you are. They called my cell phone 4 times over the course of 15 minutes to find out when we were picking up our food! Too bad that restaurants this side of town are few and far between because you end up settling for less than average food & service.

They are still there. No buffet anymore. It is cleaner than I remember from before. Ambience is standard for these walk-up-and-order kind of places. Dine in, or carry out. Cookie-cutter standard Chinese, with the back-lit pictures above the counter, and the same printed menu that you see everywhere. I had my standard Moo Goo Gai Pan, and I was pleased. Very tasty, with fresh(not canned) mushrooms, with cooked-just-right meat and veg. Only $ 4.50 for the standard lunch specials, so great price, but the serving size was smaller than is normal elsewhere, and I was stll hungry. My dine-in meal was served on a hard plastic re-useable plate, with stainless steel utensils. Beverages are self-serve from a soda fountain, or come in plastic bottles from the cooler. The food was brought out to my table when ready. I’ll go back when I’m in the area and feel like having Chinese food.

Good value and portion sizes. It is a standard carry out Chinese restaurant but it does have seating. Good for weeknight Chinese carryout!
