I’ve had laser hair removal done by Eileen and (ok, I’m ‘fessing up) probably the best botox I’ve ever had from Michelle — and I’ve been to maybe 5 different places in Indianapolis in the last couple of years.
I’ve done a Groupon for laser hair removal that didn’t seem to work at a place that seemed run down and where I experienced horrible customer service. SimplySkin has newer lasers and their techs are well trained (and super nice to boot). The spa is extremely clean and quiet. They’ve got a full menu of services and a nail tech on site as well for manis/​pedis.
They don’t ever try to push services you don’t want/​need on you like some places do, which is very appreciated. They run monthly specials that they post on Facebook as well.
