I enjoy living at this apartment complex. The office employees are friendly and helpful, and they try to get to know the residents. My maintenance requests have always been addressed in about an hour! I’ve even approached the maintenance staff when they’re out and about for help with other matters(like helping me with something on my car) and they never hesitate to help. Some of the people who work here live here as well. This is a very clean community — workers are always pruning trees, collecting trash, patching the roads and sidewalks — I’m impressed with the care that’s exhibited here on the grounds. There’s one trash-collection area near the front entrance with a compactor. The office also collects packages for residents if they’re not home. The office holds events for kids in the community(they had a magician and candy before Halloween and Santa was there before Christmas). I haven’t noticed any loud noises from neighbors, and I barely hear a floor creak from my neighbor upstairs. There’s ample parking, and carports and garages are available for rent. It’s pet-friendly here, and I rarely notice dog droppings anywhere — so owners are good about picking up after their pets. The location is nice. Walmart, CVS, restaurants, and parks are all within a 5 – 10 minute drive. The best thing is this rental community and Sunblest are the only rental communities that feed into New Britton Elementary School(a #10-rated school). Traffic can block the entrance from 5−7pm weekdays and a couple times on the weekend, but drivers are good about letting you out(sometimes). A cop comes on weekdays from 5 – 6:45 to direct traffic. Other than that, I don’t notice any traffic headaches. I live near one of the lakes, and I love seeing the ducks and geese. Both pools are clean. The playground area and tennis courts are lovely. The gym is good-sized and clean. There are two computers and a printer off to the side of the gym for residents to use as well. There’s a nice path behind the complex that leads to Target(not directly but close enough; you’ll find the second half of the path along the railroad tracks). You can walk or ride your bike. I really have nothing negative to say about this place. You get what you pay for here.
