Tuchman Cleaners

It seems as if I am always having bad luck with cleaners. I have come here a number of times as I am living in the area for the summer, each time to have more and more problems…
I brought a blazer here to have buttons sewn on as I was in a hurry and didn’t want to do it myself. The first time I came back the top button was so insecure it fell off and I almost lost the button. I returned to have them both redone (as the bottom one was pinching the fabric and causing an obvious wrinkle) and the jacket came back done more poorly than the first time. The work is supposed to be done on-​site, but one of the employees told me they sometimes ship it out if they are busy. She agreed that the buttons on my jacket were done very poorly but offered no apologies or offers to rectify the issue.
Another issue I had was with a men’s dress shirt. I took the shirt in to be laundered and pressed for the first time before I wore it and it came back with a cracked button — they had obviously pressed the shirt carelessly and heated the button to the point of breaking.
Finally, the service is just poor. They will not accept coupons on pickup (only drop off) even though there would be absolutely 0 more work to apply a discount, especially since you pay on pickup.
I will not be returning to Tuchman any time soon. Find somewhere else in Fishers or take the extra time and head into Carmel for your dry-​cleaning and laundry needs.

Very disappointed… This location is so convienent, but I’m going to have to find another cleaners. I’ve never had so many problems with a cleaner before. I’ll pay more and drive further just to ensure my clothes are done right the first time and not ruined.
Here are just a few of my bad experiences at this location…
1) Ruined a brand new shirt. Wore it once and took it in for cleaning. I took it out of the bag and found an ink stain on collar that wasn’t there when I took it in.
2) I consistantly get 1 or 2 shirts with wrinkles pressed into the collars (no other cleaners have had this issue)
3) Broken buttons… Shirt regularly come back with broken buttons. The last time we asked them to fix it (said they would), got shirt back and checked button when I got home and it wasn’t fixed.
I’ve complained and they have addressed some the problems, but clearly the root causes aren’t being fixed because they keep happening and I’m tired of complaining, so I’ll take my business elsewhere.
