My glasses weren’t ready when they said they would be.
The prescription for my glasses was wrong.
They messed up my contact order.
I have no confidence my contact order will be in on time or that my follow-​up appointment to fix my Rx for my glasses will result in me seeing clearly. Sadly, I fully expect to have to go to a different eye doctor to get the proper prescription.
Under no circumstances will I give them my business going forward.

They are awesome. They took the time to really evaluate my RX. I had been struggling to see for about 4 years and the doctor told me my RX was too high. Now I can see better than I have in years and I was able to throw away my readers. I will come back every year to get quality eye care products and to work with such great people.
