Corporate needs to retrain their employees in customer service or terminate many who don’t cut it. We ordered food last week, and when told that the orders were wrong, the drive thru employee had an attitude, and slammed the window after the correct order was given.

If you want poor service, attitude, not a single employee to listen to what you’re ordering, and to be made to feel like you are the greatest inconvenience to be helping. Then my friends this is the restaurant for you! Food was cold, they messed up the order, the cashier wasn’t paying attention when we ordered instead talking to her coworkers about hoping they could close early. I understand this isn’t going to be a five star dining experience but they were down right rude to me.

Horrible experience. I presume the person who waited on us was the manager because he was dressed nicely. He was very rude and seemed pissed off that he had to wait on us. They were out of sweet and sour sauce and our chicken nuggets were cold. Won’t bother coming here again.

Total shit… Employees are fucking stupid… Its funny, people that work these types of jobs want to get paid more money… You going to pay some stupid jack ass 15 bucks an hour and doesnt even know what is on a number one, doesnt know what no cheese means… No wonder this country is fucked, you have adults working jobs that teens should do and they expect to support a family ??? LMAO, must be democrats…

I don’t know why I bother. Unfortunately, their location always gets the best of me and I think«it’ll be better this time» but nooope. There hasn’t been a single time I’ve been into this Wendy’s and they haven’t been out of something. This is also the same Wendy’s I actually did a call in survey(my first ever) because service was so bad. No response from corporate for those scoring at home. If they didn’t capitalize on all of that Wal-Mart traffic, I’m not sure they’d stay open. Whoever manages this place should be in another line of work.
