Things have only gotten worse here. I went to the drive thru the other day and receive horrible food. Horrible. I would have taken it back, but I didn’t receive a receipt.

Workers are more worried about getting food out rather than getting it right. Then you want to argue when I ask to fix it? Go up to the 116th location and save yourself the frustration.

I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with fries and a drink, and it was the worst sandwich I have had in a long time. The pulled pork was so dry and chewy that it felt like squid or octopus. It was very small, stringy pieces of pork instead the normal«chunks» you get with pulled pork. The pulled pork was not particularly warm, either. The topping of coleslaw was miserable: bland, about the same temperature as the pork beneath it, and not a good recipe. For $ 4 – 5 for the sandwich alone, this is a terrible value. Compared to Dick’s Bodacious BBQ’s small pulled pork sandwich, which rings in at a remarkably similar price, Wendy’s pulled pork more closely resembles shredded cardboard which was once cooked in what someone may consider a BBQ sauce and then dried on a desert rock for 12 hours. Also, the portion of pork was not even enough to cover the bun. Aside from the pulled pork, the fries were good, but nearly flavorless. I sincerely hope, for the sake of the company and its customers, that I just got the bottom of the barrel that was left over from earlier in the day.
