Hired this company to replace liner and parts on our hot tub. When we got it home, the jet covers kept popping off and no bubbles. Called them immediately and was told they would send me different jet covers. And the bubbles, they never check if the hot tub was making bubbles. Also the hot tub was still leaking. When I spoke to the employee and told her hot tub leaking, I was told it never leaked at there establishment. After months of dealing with incompetent employees, the company sent us a survey on how they did. I filled out said survey really low ratings. Never hear a thing. That is until I contacted Corporate (Softub). Owner called and told me that his employees would have never said any of the things I told him they told me. Kept telling me, I did not do my due diligence in dealing with his employees and that I should have contacted him personally. My advice is if you do use this company, that at the first sign of trouble, contact owner. Also get everything his employees tell you in writing.
