So sad how this place fell off. I came in on a Tuesday night at 7:30 and was told I could only order from the case since everything was already shut off and clean. Terrible customer service when they close at 8pm. I miss when the owner use to be in this location.

My second time trying Cibo was just as disappointing as the first. My pesto roll was not fresh, the grilled chicken was dry and the sandwich lacked flavor overall. I felt it was only fair to give them another shot, unfortunately not impressed in the very least.

Not open on Sundays. That info is missing from their Unilocal listing(as I found when I drove to Cibo today…)

I like this place. Nice atmosphere for a deli. The place has character and is clean. The guy who appears to be the owner is very friendly and seems to appreciate your patronage. Food was very good — I had a roast beef and cheddar sub and artichoke salad. The other salads in the deli case looked delicious and fresh. Like I mentioned earlier, the place was very clean, an attribute I find highly desirable ! I’ll definitely return to Cibo’s deli.

I’ve only come one time for breakfast, so I can’t give a full review; but it’s a clean, friendly place, and the food is good.

Great selection and good service. Eggplant roll and goat cheese cakes are a must! Fresh brewed tea is excellent.

I had the Cajun chicken sandwhich and it was to die for ! I think next time I will get the same thing but Try it on different bread and also get some fries! I will definitely come back soon. Wish we had a cibo in new windsor. Will also be trying new menu items soon:)

Beautiful little place on a very fun Main St. I was Visiting from Texas and the staff was helpful and welcoming to me with some of the cold cuts and breads I’d never heard of. Great food. Great price. Great atmosphere. Definitely check it out if you’re ever in the area

Love the salads here. By far the best quick serve lunch place in Fishkill!

Great food, not bad on price and quality ingredients. For what you pay you get your money’s worth for food, the baked goods are great. Small and warm.

As a first timer they recognized my confusion and told me about the menu and pointed out the most popular sandwiches. Place was clean and welcoming. Sandwiches were delicious, I had the steak and cheese on garlic bread, my wife has the mozz, tomato and basil pesto. Definitely going to be a frequent stop for us!

It was ok — got number 2 on the menu– which was a chicken cutlet sandwich with broccoli rabe, provolone and sundried tomato spread. It was all very bland. Not much flavor at all. The chips on the side were also stale and sad looking. Decent place overall but probably won’t go out of my way to return here.

I will start by saying when cibo first opened I went there religiously. Food was great no problems. After awhile I noticed decline in quality for price. A couple times I got sick off of food and my wife’s order was messed up. I stopped going for almost a yr. I decided to give it a shot one more time. Well price was still crazy and I guess they couldn’t get my order right. I asked about 2 items being same price without chicken girl said yea. So I said something and cook said oh take couple bucks off. I thought wow ok never again. The guy made up for it by giving me the cooked chicken anyway but point is I never mentioned I wanted it regardless. They made up for it some what but still not impressed. Who knew lettuce, croutons, and dressing was 8.75. Plus my sandwich bread was soggy. I would rather drive up to Rossi deli in Poughkeepsie. Close to same price but way better taste and quality. Sorry cibo for review but in today’s world. If I’m going to spend money it needs to be worth it and over yrs I notice place going down.

Great place for lunch. I found it via Unilocal and it was a great recco. I had the roast beef sandwich and strawberry and banana smoothie. The meal also came with popcorn and some homemade sweet potato chips. I would recommend it!

This place is arguably one of the best lunch places in the Hudson valley. Great food, friendly service, and an overall great dining experience.

This place is amazing. We found it via Unilocal last year. We had an amazing sandwich. We are from out of town, but came back to the NY area and knew we’d be coming back. I had a sandwich with grilled chicken, roasted red pepper, baby greens and chipotle mayo on focaccia. Yum, yum, yum! My fiancé and I wish we had a place like this back home. Definitely stop in if you’re in the area.

First time visit to Cibo– and as my 3-star review says, it’s A-OK. There weren’t a lot of choices for breakfast– a couple sandwiches, omelets, and pancakes. We both got omelets and they seemed fairly standard– nothing special. Prices seemed good and service was good– a nice place to grab a quick bite for breakfast.

Surprisingly good. I have to admit, living in the city has made my expectations for restaurants outside the city a lot lower. My mother had been to Cibo before and liked it. She has good taste, but this still exceeded my expectations. My brother and I both had the roast beef with caramelized onions and horseradish sauce on a roll, and it was super delish. The also serve a bowl of caramel popcorn with your sandwich, which is a nice touch. The desserts also looked great, but alas we had no room for such things after that super filling sandwich. Highly recommended as a stop for lunch.
