I bought a package of 5 messages for the price of 4. The first 4 messages were fine. Carly is a good message therapist. However, when I showed up for the 5th message, Carly was a no-​show. I called her later that day and did not get a return phone call. When I called a few days later, she did return my call, citing an emergency hospital visit which kept her from making my appointment. A new date for message was set up and she did not show up for that one either. After 3 phone calls and an e-​mail, have not received a call back or return e-​mail. I have no alternative other than to put a portion of my bill under dispute with my credit card company.
