Renewal by Andersen/​Huff n Puff out of Fishkill has horrible customer service. The only reason they received one star is because the windows are beautiful. The initial consultation and install went just fine. Unfortunately, there were a few minor issues that could’ve been resolved in one day that ended up taking two months of me hounding them to address. Not all of the issues were even fixed. I eventually gave up.
I was actually talked down to by a manager for something his own employee did wrong, not me. I expected an apology after informing him of the mistake and never received one. I also attempted to contact a supposed Vice President and never heard from him.
I would love to recommend these windows because they really do look great. However, do not go to the Fishkill/​Hudson Valley office. If you end up having any issues you’ll regret spending all that money to deal with bottom barrel representatives.
