Willow Ridge

I have been a loyal Willow Ridge customer since they opened. The owners, Bill and Kathy, take great pride in their business and in helping everyone to achieve their landscaping goals. Once again they did not fail me. The crew arrived promptly, walked my property with me to fully understand what needed to be done, and accomplished everything in one day. They removed shrubs, planted trees, re-​set my stepping stone path through the newly landscaped area, pruned multiple trees and shrubs on both the front and rear property, raked up all the debris and cleaned up the property so it looked fresh and new! They were absolutely wonderful and my property is beautiful again! I highly recommend Willow Ridge! Thank you Bill and Kathy!!!

Always happy with their customer service. Their prices are reasonable and the plants last a long time. They arent all root bound like larger chain nurseries. Any time I purchase plants elsewhere, they never last the season! Willow ridge plants do!
The on site owner is always there to answer questions. I always strive to support smaller, local businesses, rather than the box stores. Willow ridge is surely one to support. It’s a quality nursery in every way.

I went there for a difficult to find shrub. They had it and it was a healthy mature plant. The best part was it was $ 40.00 less than other centers wanted. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I will return even though I am 30 miles away.

I used them for some basic landscaping last year. They were really good & prompt when it came to give me an estimate. The estimate arrived on fancy paper.
Once the job had been done, I called them multiple times to fix a few things I didnt like. Well, spring turned to summer to fall and now winter and I still havent heard from them.
I thought I would get more personalized service with a local small business compared to a big box retailer.
But that is not the case with Willow Ridge. Once they have taken your money, they dont care inspite of promises of year long guarantee on the plants.
Will shop elsewhere.
