Love this Taco Bell… good service, good food, and it’s clean.

TERRIBLE«restaurant». As someone else said, the drive-through screws up the order every time. My husband likes the cheap food — I would never eat there again if it were up to me. I keep telling him, «you NEED to check the bag before you drive away». They never get it right. Also, one time we decide to go inside, thinking maybe the problem is the drive-through. I see on the menu board«black beans and rice». Ok. I’ll have that. So, the cashier looks at me confused and tells me «we don’t have rice and beans». I point to the board where it clearly says black beans and rice, and get the shoulder shrug, Nothing to write home about. Food and service both severely lacking.

My girlfriend treated me to lunch Taco Bell today. She wanted to try the new quesarita. We each got one and a taco. It was more than enough food. We each got a drink as well. The order came to just over $ 10. Very reasonable for the amount of food and drink. We we’re very happy with the food as every bite gave you squishy massive cheese sour cream tomato and meat… I usually try to steer clear of Taco Bell because I know most everything I might try there is would taste very good. So in order to stay somewhat not obese I usually steer clear of them. The service was excellent. Time in line to the drive thru was excellent. All in all it was a very good restaurant experience. I may be in trouble now because I see myself going to another taco bell in the immediate future.

Basically, it’s just like everything else going downhill. They charge you more and give you less. Companies don’t realize they lose money in the long run BECAUSE I’M NOTGOINGBACK!

This indelible restaurant embodies quality and service like no other Taco Bell in the history of fast food. After ordering two quesadillas, two big boxes with doritos locos tacos, a cheesy gordita crunch and three orders of cinnamon twists we were politely asked to wait in the parking lot of the restaurant for our food to be prepared. While waiting for our delicious meal, a crackhead couple(one of which was preggers) came to our door and respectfully asked for a donation of US $ 20 to «get them home.» I respectfully gave them US $ 2 and sent them on their merry way. After the run-in with the crackheads we proceeded to witness service on a level equivalent to Jesus.(that’s HEY-sus in espanola). A man with missing teeth and rocking a sweet upper lip caterpillar stache delivered our Mexican delights straight to my car window. ANDGETTHIS: He threw in an extra order of the amazing cinnamon twists we so desired. Thank you mystery Taco Bell employee. We salute you! ‘MERICA

Drive-through staff consistently messes up order even when they repeat back to you what you’ve just said. Either missing items or wrong meat(last time they charged for and gave us all steak) or wrong type of sauce. Is it really so hard? Enough is enough. Leominster location far better on all fronts. Fitchburg officially written off.

Apparently this is the Taco Bell where people who have never been to Taco Bell come and where employees who have no notion of common sense are hired. I know this is only a Taco Bell but the service is so spectacularly shitty that I couldn’t help but write a review. Save yourself the stress and go to the location in Leominster.
