Worst service ever. Waited for 10 minutes and no one took our order in the drive thru order. Asked and employee taking out the trash why no one was taking orders. She said she it wasn’t her job; she just clocked out. Then we pulled around to the window that had finally cleared out. The girl who came to the window apologized then asked us for our order 3 times. I guess 3 drinks were too confusing to make because a man finally came and took our Oder and gave us the wrong total. All told, it took 23 minutes to get a soda with only one car in front of us.

«Meh» pretty well sums up my experience with Sonic in Fitzgerald. Often times I’ve been parked and other people who come later received their orders first.
My last experience while there almost led to me contacting their corporate headquarters again. Because they often take too long and do not serve people in the order in which they have their orders placed.

I visited two times… Both were let downs. I did the drive through both times. First time, I got no straw with my to go shake, and no spoon either. The shake was without any taste.
Went the next night for a different shake that tasted a little better, but they pulled a fast one on me. The young lady who handed me my change folded a bill in half so that it appeared to be the correct change, $ 4, but in reality it was only $ 3. I knew she would deny it so I didn’t go back.
I do not recommend!
