Just left, after 2 nights stay. Owned and run by a couple. There are 10 rooms, 4 of them are cottage like and 4 face the water and 2 face the west, but has ocean view. If you are looking for a high class ceramic hotel, move on my friend but if you are looking for comfy, clean beds with cable and free wifi, that’s 2.2 miles from all the action, then book a weekend and bring your bikes and enjoy., oh and the beach front restaurant next store is simply amazing.

It’s just off the beaten path and only steps from the beach(47 steps if you’re counting) and there’re plenty of highly rated restaurants nearby. Even though they had«no vacancies» on their sign, the owners did a quick turn over of a room when we showed up unannounced so we could stay. Our room was very clean and had a kitchen with full sized fridge. The owners even offered us free charcoal to grill out on the provided grill and beach toys for the kids! I feel certain these folks could open a bed and breakfast and make a killing. While it’s only 150-ish feet from the sand, there’s a main road in that distance and the distinct sound of a Harley, while lovely on the highway, is not so nice in the middle of the night. It’s very worn. It’s not dirty, they definitely did a thorough cleaning job but everything is dated, the ceiling tiles look like they’ll need to be replaced within the year at most and one outlet didn’t work. If you’re security conscious, it feels easy to break in to.(cwp? bring it) Multiply that by proximity to the road and it’s disconcerting. The owner assured us nothing had been stolen in 26 years so … All things considered, our room for $ 99 was a good deal. It’s miles above sleeping in a camper and despite my «tactical analysis,» far safer than camping. The owners are great and go the extra mile.

These little cottages are just so cute! The owners, Barry & Patricia, keep them very clean & are always friendly & go out of their way to accommodate any needs. This isn’t the Ritz Carlton, but I give it five stars because it is a definite must stay in Flagler Beach if you want a room with a view, living room, kitchen, and a separate bedroom. Each room has a different theme: fishing, flamingos, boating, etc. The cottages have porches on the front and even a side door through the kitchen! We love to park right outside the kitchen and it’s easy to load and unload our vehicle. They are pet-friendly and when we arrive there are doggie bones on the pillows, so if you have pet allergies… ask in advance for a non-pet option, although I have allergies and the room is kept so clean my allergies really didn’t bother me. They have a pool, which is always sparkly clean, but we usually visit in November so it’s too cold to take a dip! The walk across A1A to their lookout deck is easy and gives a perfect view of the sunrise in the mornings. Just a few feed south of the deck is a walkway to the beautiful sandy beaches.
