My child was a student at NAU and we wanted off-campus. First, the walls are paper thin and the popcorn ceilings should have been my first clue that this wouldn’t be a good experience. The cabinets are from the 1970’s as well. But it’s a first apartment, and I thought it would be a good experience for my student. But beware, this complex is NOT military friendly. They would not let my child out of their apartment lease one month early because of an earlier than expected report date even though they were given 90 days notice. When we vacated the apartment and gave back the keys, I was told that I could not disconnect the utilities (WHAT!!!) until the lease was up. They have been a nightmare to deal with for several months to try to resolve this issue. Run as fast as you can from dealing with this complex. It’s not worth the trouble.

Run of the mill apartments. Fantastic maintenance guy. Watch out for spiders I have noticed more and more lately.
