EDIT: i received my check with the refund for the diagnostic fee. apologies for all the BS
Went here a few months ago to get my keyboard replaced. Was told i needed a diagnostic, which would count towards the price i would pay for the work. Ended up costing about 150 $ with parts. When i asked why the diagnostic wasn’t included, they informed me that the diagnostic was only free if you get their full service deal with anti virus and whatnot. They hadn’t done the work 3 days later when they told me to come pick it up, and then quickly did it in a couple of minutes while i waited. Basically i paid around 100 dollars for what must have been 1 maybe 2 hours of work. They only get 2 stars because they said they would replace the charger they sold me if it broke — it works sometimes.
TLDR don’t let them lie to you and say the diagnostic counts towards the cost
