After reading the company reply to my review, I do feel it necessary to advise the Unilocal community that I take my reviews seriously, I typically write positive reviews, and only write negative ones when I feel a business has acted very poorly. As for their accusations that I have been misleading, I wish to explain that I have full documentation of our communications, supporting every aspect of my review. As with any reviewer, I am only able to speak to my experience, and I feel I was very clear that I was only reviewing an Owner Builder experience and they may very well be a wonderful company for typical home appraisals. I therefore stand by my review, that based on my experience, if you are building your own home without a General Contractor, I could not, and would not recommend this business.
