We previously had ordered 2 hot dogs and had no problem at all. Then we went back around 1:30am expecting a wait. I am in the food service industry so I anticipate things like this. After 20 min in line after placing our order of one plain hotdog and several people that ordered before us getting their orders first we decided to say something. We then got reprimanded with” if you were nice you would get your hot dog”. I’ve written 2 Unilocal reviews. This being 1 of them. The other was extremely positive. That should tell you something… just want the owners to know that even dealt with intoxicated people at this hour, that is no excuse for poor service.

I swear this seems like its the only place to get any food in this town after 10pm. Great eclectic food(read stoner food). Open till 3am. Try out the dogito(sp?) hot dog with a quesadilla wrapped around it I think… its so awesome! They also have the best hummus Ive ever had! I dont even like hummus! In the parking lot/alley behind Flagstaff Brewery.

A year ago I would have given 5 stars! Just visited Flagstaff over the holiday weekend and was SO disappointed to learn that the killa dilla recipe has changed(and not for the better). Guess I’ll be returning to Primo’s as my go-to late night munchie stop.

YUM! Gluten-free, vegan/vegetarian options. Just ask! Try the Hot Hippie :) Great location and hours. Downtown in the alley behind Flag Brew, open til long after last call. They always have the best music playing and an upbeat scene. The Gringodillas Guys are always on top of their business, while at the same time having fun making great food. I love this place! (PS: see if you can spot me on their slide show, dressed as Bob Ross. I really like how they make themselves part of the community!)

Eh this place is merely ok. I got a gringo dog here which tasted ok. I also tried my friend’s quesadilla here and it was good. It was a quesadilla so its hard to mess it up. I hear the Chicago dog is good, so I will probably get one there next time just to try it out. But the quality of the hot dog was poor, and the toppings were merely ok. The table there was also very dirty. I think its an ok spot for people to visit after a night of dancing and partying, but to tell you the truth is there are better options out there.

I came up to Flagstaff for some mountain biking, and after tearing up the mountain I eat like I’ve been surviving on water for the past week. I came across this killer food truck with crazy options. I had a dirty dawgito, probably one of the more ridiculously flavorful things I’ve ever had. The dirty dawgito is a loaded quesadilla with hot giardiniera wrapping a grilled hotdog; damn! Before leaving town I cruised passed their second location over on Rt. 66, where they carry falafel sandwiches. I’m not sure if it was a regular menu item, but I had a mix of half chicken shawarma and half falafel. Let me be honest, I actually ate one while sitting there and then decided it would be best to get a second for the road. Overall, this place will join my list of necessary stops while coming through Flagstaff.

The cashier who’s name was Mike and had a Northstars hat on was completely wasted. Took 5 minutes for him to take my order then he told me to give him a tip. I told him I wouldn’t due to the slow service and the fact that he was wasted drunk and he called me an a**hole, gave me my money back and said I could go get food somewhere else.

** 1760 E Route 66 location ** I’d love to bump up this score soon, this is why I go 2−3x before I stop giving my business to undeserving companies! First visit, got a quesodilla. Now, for ~$ 6, it better be more than canned jalapenos and cheese on a tortilla. But thats what it was. Hope these guys can get it together, we need good food trucks here in town! I’ll be back! *Since writing this, I’ve seen open-toed shoes in their prep area, and saw someone doing someone’s hair in the back… this location should get it together

Amazingly friendly service and excellent food. Husband got the Sly quesadilla and I got the Gringo hot dog I’ve never before paid $ 5 for a hot dog but this was well worth it.

On a weekend in Flag we were wrapping up our night on the town looking for some grub. The only thing that seemed open was the Pita Pit which sucks in Phoenix but seemed to be the only option. We sent a few people out to do some recon with the locals for tips and boy did we find a gem. Around a shady corner there was a mass of people. They had me at food truck. As we approach there is a mass of people gathered around the truck, music bumpin. It was like an oasis of awesomeness. We had a group so I ordered some tacos, a dog, and a quesadilla. Hit the spot perfectly. The next day we were still talking about that hot dog. I think it was the dirty dog, had everything thrown on it. Was the perfect meal to fill a belly for our stumble back to the hotel. I’m just thankful to the poor saps that were in the line at the pita place, because we wouldn’t have gone exploring if the wait wasn’t so long. Food trucks are getting very popular in Phoenix, good to see them spreading their roots. And don’t think these guys can’t keep up with any one of the bigger ones down in the desert. I hope these guys keep killin it, great experience.

Good food especially when your out late and your options are limited. The portions are kinda small, at least when it comes to the quesadillas, so you might want to order two to get a decent meal. Which can get a bit pricey. Customer service is quick and easy but this place is always busy so there might be a short wait.

Get the Chicago dog or LEAVE please. This place beats anything out here and it’s only a food truck! Overpriced, but that’s because they use quality fresh ingredients unlike any other establishment out here. The Chicago Dog is 100% authentic, perfected with actual Chicago buns and beef. For my next visit, I am told to try the quesadillas but that may not happen as the dogs are just outstanding.
