I stopped here twice — once on my way to hike Humphrey’s Peak and once on my way back into town, as my car was overheating. Both times, the service was extremely friendly, but the second time — as my car was overheating — the clerk, Sam, went above and beyond. He helped me find something to prop my hood up with(it won’t stay up), showed me how to add fluids to my radiator(who knew?) and kept a good sense of humor about the whole thing, which made the whole situation much less stressful. So — if you need a place for your car to break down in Flagstaff — I recommend this place. If you just need to pick up some snacks or fill up on gas, this is probably a good spot for that too. :)

Good beer selection and friendly staff. Closest place to get some adult beverages and snacks if you live out in the Shire. Gas is usually priced for tourists and there are less expensive places in town. If you’re headed to the Grand Canyon or out for a hike/ski it’s a good place to stop, use a restroom, or just get out of the car and stretch the legs. There’s a Flagstaff sign out in front, along 180, that seems to fascinate tourists. I think it’s because you can snap the mountain and the signage and you all in one photo to prove that you were in Flagstaff. I need to see if they have a circular sirloin stand. A reason to return

We stop here for ice cream bars every time we drive home from Flagstaff. Yes, even in winter. They have a really good selection! Also nice beverage options. This shop is right off of HWY180. The gas is more expensive than in town, but a life saver when I am chugging up towards the mountain on E.
