Daniel Collins is AWESOME! I am addicted to HGTV and DIY Network. One ad on there says that there are three types of buyers, the ones who know what they want, the ones who know what they don’t want, and the ones who don’t know what they want. Well, my husband and I were certain we were in the first category and soon found out we were in the last! No fear, Daniel listened to everything we said we wanted, but more importantly, OBSERVED, how we reacted when he showed us the homes that fit our «must have» list. Then he showed us the ideal property that was nothing like we described and exactly what we wanted! The story is too long to tell, but after dozens (well, maybe not dozens, but lots) of properties, Daniel said, «Let’s try this one.» It wasn’t on the schedule, but he just called over to make sure it was on the market, and it was a perfect fit.
