Funny, I get on here to leave a review and I find a review below with the exact words I was going to type «Completely incompetent». They are either a bunch of liars or idiots, either way AVOID THIS STORE!

After two failed attempts to open a personal mailbox at other UPS locations, I finally found this UPS store. Micah took care of me that day. Their service was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I wish I would have used them first!

Completely incompetent.
An eBay customer ask if I could get an item overnight shipped so it would arrive in time to be a birthday gift. I called this UPS store and got a quote on shipping. I collected the quoted amount from my customer, but when I arrived at the store to ship the package, the actual cost was $ 12.00 higher. I decided to eat the extra amount to keep my customer happy.
That evening I got a call from the store saying that the package had been put in the wrong outgoing pile and it missed the overnight shipment pick-​up.
Are you kidding me? These guys are idiots. They did refund my shipping charges, but the damage was done. I will never set foot in this place again and you shouldn’t either.

I was an employee at this store. And I have learned I will never work for a privately owned company again. The owners were very unprofessional. They took me completely off the schedule because I told them I was moving in a couple months. But when other employees were moving, they loaded them up with hours until they moved. The owner has avoided talking to me or giving an explanation, but he keeps bugging me to turn in my employee shirt and key. When I asked him if I was fired he says no, and I never quit. I just want an explanation, and he can’t seem to give me that.
